المستخلص: يدعو الإسلام باعتباره دين شامل لجميع نواحي الحياة لبناء مجتمع نبيل، وذلك من خلال غرس الأخلاق الكريمة والقيم السامية التي من أهمها ثقافة التعايش مع الآخر، لذلك لابد من توعية المجتمع وتعليمه هذه الثقافة والعمل على نشرها وتعزيزها. ويبرز دور المؤسسات التعليمية باعتبارها الوحدة الاجتماعية الأهم بعد الأسرة في تنشئة النشء وبناء فكر الأنسان وسلوكه، لذلك قامت الباحثة بإجراء هذا البحث الذي يهدف إلى التعريف بمفهوم التعايش وضوابطه في الإسلام، وإيضاح قواعده والكشف عن المهارات اللازمة لتحسين أداء الهيئة التعليمية في تحويل القيم النظرية للتعايش مع الآخر لممارسات يومية داخل المؤسسة التعليمية وخارجها، والتأكيد على مسؤولية واضعي السياسات والمناهج التعليمية بتعزيزها، وتحديد المفاهيم اللازمة لتعزيز ثقافة التعايش لدي الطالب الجامعي ومسؤولية الجامعة في تطبيقها، وتأكيد دور مراكز الأبحاث الجامعية، وإبراز تجارب بعض الجامعات السعودية بتعزيز التعايش. وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في إيضاح دور المؤسسات التعليمية بتعزيز قيم التعايش ومدى اضطلاعها بمسؤوليتها في ذلك من خلال تحليل واقعها، وطرح مقترحات عملية لتطوير برامجها وأساليبها الداعمة لتحويل هذه الثقافة لممارسة يومية داخل هذه المؤسسات وخارجها. أما ما يتعلق بالنصوص اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الاستدلالي للوقوف على بعض الآيات والأحاديث النبوية التي توضح مفهوم التعايش مع الأخر في الإسلام وضوابطه وقواعده، ومن أبرز ما توصلت إليه هذه الدراسة: أن التعايش الإيجابي بين البشر، لابد أن يبنى على أسس وقواعد تقوي العيش المشترك، وترسخ المفاهيم اللازمة، وتبين حقيقة المشاركة الإنسانية مع وجود الاختلاف، كما أكدت نتائج الدراسة على مسؤولية المؤسسات التعليمية في تعزيز مفاهيم التعايش مع الأخر. ومن التوصيات التي أوصى بها البحث: ضرورة وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية الفكرية من قبل المختصين، والتي تعمل على بناء الحصانة الفكرية للأجيال ضد التعصب وإثارة الفتن الطائفية والتفرق.

Islam as a religion that covers all aspects of life calls to build a noble society through implanting decent morals and sublime values. Coexistence with others is the most prominent value among them. So, it is important to increase the society's awareness of coexistence and to teach, spread, and enhance this culture. The educational organization's roles stem from the fact that it is the most important social unit after the family in terms of raising children and building their thoughts and behavior. So, the researcher has decided to carry out this research which aims to clarify the concept of coexistence, and its regulations in Islam. it also aims to clarify its main principles, and reveal the skills needed to improve the performance of educational bodies in terms of converting the theoretical values of coexistence with others into daily practices inside and outside the educational organizations. Also, policy makers and the ones who put educational curricula are recommended to stress this culture and determine the concepts needed to enhance the culture of coexistence inside the souls' of university students. In addition, the university is responsible for implementing this culture. The role of university research centers is stressed. Moreover, the lights should be thrown on the experiences of some Saudi universities regarding enhancing the culture of coexistence. Reaching the methodology used, this research follows the descriptive analytical approach to clarify the role of educational organizations in enhancing coexistence value, and the extent to which they fulfill their responsibilities. This is done by analyzing the reality related to coexistence and suggesting practical proposals to develop their programs and methods which promote converting this culture into a daily practice inside and outside these institutions. Regarding the texts, this study is based on the inferential approach to figure out some Quranic verses and prophetic sayings which clarify the concept of coexistence with others in Islam, its controls, and principles. Finally, the most prominent finding of this study is that positive coexistence between humans should be based on foundations and rules that enhance coexistence, consolidate the concepts needed, and clarify the nature of human participation with the presence of difference. Moreover, the results of this study stress the roles of educational organizations in enhancing coexistence with others. The researcher recommends that it is important to put strategic plans by specialists that build intellectual immunity for generations against intolerance and stir up sectarian strife and division.
