المستخلص: تعد المناهج الصفية واللاصفية رفدا لترسيخ وتعزيز الخبرات التعليمية وممارستها، وتعزيز اتجاهات الطلبة نحو التعلم، وتحقيق أهداف عديدة مرئية وغير مرئية، وتمكين الطلبة من امتلاك القيم الاجتماعية المختلفة. كما إن المناهج الصفية واللاصفية تحقق مبدأ المشاركة المجتمعية في التعليم، وتعمل على تحقيق المتعة والمزايا الشخصية والمجتمعية للمواد الدراسية، واكتساب الطلبة مهارات أساسية متنوعة. ويمكن للمناهج الصفية واللاصفية أن تساعد الطلبة على إدراك قيمة الانتماء الوطني وقيمة التعايش السلمي عبر ترسيخ مبادئ الفهم والوضوح والسلم والتسامح والتكامل والتأخي في المجتمع. والدراسة الحالية تستهدف تبيان دور المناهج الصفية واللاصفية في تعزيز قيم الانتماء والتعايش السلمي، ورصد متطلبات ذلك في المنظور المعاصر، وإبراز أهم هذه القيم والمهارات، ومناقشة دور المؤسسات التعليمية في تأصيل هذه القيم، ومن ثم اقتراح مصفوفة أولية للمدى والتتابع للمناهج الصفية واللاصفية التي يمكن من خلالها تعزيز قيم الانتماء الوطني والتعايش السلمي. وتم تطبيق المنهج الاستدلالي والتأملي في هذه الدراسة. واتضح من نتائج الدراسة أن كلا من الانتماء الوطني والتعايش السلمي يتجاوزان المفاهيم التقليدية إلى مفاهيم وغايات كبرى تتعلق ببناء انساق اجتماعية متماسكة تعتمد عليها عمليات الاستقرار الاجتماعي والتمكن والتنمية المستدامة بشكل مستمر وثابت ومتطور تعززه النصوص الشرعية، والأصول التربوية والمبادئ السياسية في المجتمع، ويمكن قياس أثره بالطرق العلمية المناسبة، واتضح من نتائج الدراسة أن هناك ما يزيد عن خمسين قيمة ترتبط بتحقيق الانتماء الوطني والتعايش السلمي يمكن تبنيها في المناهج الصفية واللاصفية والأنشطة التي تغذيها في عدد من المحاور الأساسية هي (المناشط السياسية، والمناشط الثقافية والدينية، والمناشط في الاقتصاد وتنمية المجتمع، المناشط في الرياضة والشباب والفنون والترفيه). كما تغطي المهارات المستهدفة كلا من المهارات الاجتماعية والمهارات المعرفية، والمهارات العاطفية. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة فيما يتعلق بدور المؤسسات التعليمية في ذلك ضرورة قيام هذه المؤسسات بغرس التجانس الثقافي، وإعادة بناء الشخصية الوطنية، والمراجعة العلمية لطرائق تشكيل الذهنية الإنسانية، وتحسين السلوك الاجتماعي الالتزام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية العدالة الاجتماعية وتكافؤ الفرص التعامل الحذر مع مشكلة الازدواجية غرس القناعة لدى الطلبة بتعديل العديد من المفاهيم التقليدية الراسخة إلى فهم أوسع وأدق لها، وتعميق النظرة نحو الإيجابيات مقابل السلبيات، واكتساب مهارات التواصل البناء وتسوية الأمور العالقة مع الذات ومع الآخر ونبذ التشخيص والشخصنة، وإدراك المقصود بالخصوصية الثقافية، وفهم النصوص الشرعية في القرآن والسنة وفقه السلف الصالح في جوانب الانتماء والتعايش. وتضمنت الدراسة التوصية بحسن القيام عبر المؤسسات التربوية والمجتمعية بالدور اللازم لحماية قيم الانتماء الوطني والتعايش السلمي وترسيخها وتعزيزها لدى كافة الأطراف والأطياف في العمل التربوي.

The curricula and extracurricular serve to consolidate and enhance educational experiences and practice, enhance students' attitudes towards learning, achieve many visible and invisible goals, and enable students to possess various social values. The curricular and extracurricular curricula achieve the principle of community participation in education, and work to achieve enjoyment and personal and societal benefits of the academic subjects, and for students to acquire various basic skills. Curricula and extracurricular can help students realize the value of national belonging and the value of peaceful coexistence by consolidating the principles of understanding, clarity, peace, tolerance, integration and brotherhood in society. The current study aims to clarify the role of classroom curricula and extracurricular in promoting the values of belonging and peaceful coexistence, monitor the requirements for this in a contemporary perspective, highlight the most important of these values and skills, discuss the role of educational institutions in consolidating these values, and then propose a preliminary matrix for the scope and sequence of the classroom curricula and extra-curricular that enables During which the values of national belonging and peaceful coexistence are strengthened. The deductive and reflective method was applied in this study. It became clear from the results of the study that both national belonging and peaceful coexistence go beyond traditional concepts to major concepts and goals related to building cohesive social systems on which the processes of social stability, empowerment, and sustainable development depend on a continuous, stable and evolving basis, reinforced by legal texts, educational principles and political principles in society, and its impact can be measured by methods. Appropriate scientific studies, and it became clear from the results of the study that there are more than fifty values related to achieving national belonging and peaceful coexistence that can be adopted in the curricula and extracurricular activities that feed them in a number of basic axes: (political activities, cultural and religious activities, activities in the economy and community development, activities in sports, youth, arts and entertainment). The targeted skills also cover social skills, cognitive skills, and emotional skills.

One of the most important results of the study regarding the role of educational institutions in this is the need for these institutions to instill cultural homogeneity, rebuild the national character, scientifically review methods for shaping the human mentality, and improve social behavior (commitment to social responsibility, social justice and equal opportunities, careful dealing with the problem of duality, Instilling the conviction in students by modifying many well-established traditional concepts to a broader and more accurate understanding of them, deepening the outlook towards the positives versus the negatives, acquiring constructive communication skills, resolving outstanding matters with oneself and with the other, rejecting diagnosis and personalization, realizing what is meant by cultural specificity, and understanding the legal texts in the Qur’an, Sunnah and jurisprudence. The righteous predecessors in the aspects of belonging and coexistence. The study included recommendations for the appropriate role, through educational and community institutions, to play the necessary role to protect, consolidate and enhance the values of national belonging and peaceful coexistence among all parties and sectors in educational work.
