| 520 | |a تناولت هذه الدراسة ماهية الشمول المالي والإصلاحات التي طرأت على النظام المصرفي الجزائري، كما تناولت إمكانية اعتماد الشمول المالي كآلية لتأهيله، من خلال تحليل أهم مؤشرات قياس جانبي العرض والطلب على المنتجات المالية والمصرفية، للوقوف على واقع الشمول المالي في الجزائر ومعيقاته. كما تطرقت للسياسات المنتهجة والإجراءات المتخذة من طرف الهيئات المعنية لتعزيز مستوى الشمول المالي، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن العلاقة بين الشمول المالي وأداء الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري هي علاقة طردية ومتبادلة. |b This paper examines the financial inclusion (FI) and the reforms of the Algerian banking system, as well as the possibility of adopting (FI) as a mechanism for its rehabilitation, by analyzing the most important indicators to measure supply and demand on financial and banking products, in order to discover the reality of (FI) in Algeria and its constraints. It also addressed the policies adopted and the measures taken by the bodies concerned to improve the (FI) level. The study concluded that the relationship between (FI) and the performance of the Algerian banking system is a direct and reciprocal correlation. |d Cette étude examine l'inclusion financière (IF) et les réformes du système bancaire algérien, ainsi que la possibilité d'adopter l'(IF) comme mécanisme pour le réhabiliter, en analysant les indicateurs les plus importants pour mesurer l'offre et la demande sur les produits financiers et bancaires, afin de découvrir la réalité de l'(IF) en Algérie et ses contraintes. Elle a également abordé les politiques adoptées et les mesures prises par les organes concernés pour améliorer le niveau d'(IF). L'étude a conclu que la relation entre l'(IF) et la performance du système bancaire Algérien est une relation de corrélation directe et réciproque. | ||
