| 520 | |a يعتبر نقص الكلمة أو الأنوميا، من العلامات المرضية الأكثر شيوعا في علم النفس العصبي، ويظهر جليا في كل أنواع الحبسة، حيث يلجأ المختص الأرطوفوني أثناء جلسات إعادة التربية ضمن برنامج خاص للتكفل بنقص الكلمة إلى مساعدة المفحوص على التغلب على اضطرابه باستخدام ما يعرف بوسائل التسهيل، والتي من شأنها مساعدة المفحوص على إنتاج الكلمة الهدف من خلال وسيلة مساعدة تسهل عليه الوصول إلى تلك الكلمة. وللقيام بذلك، يمكن للأخصائي الأرطوفوني الاعتماد على وسائل الإعلام الآلي التي أصبحت ضرورية ومطلوبة في وقتنا الحاضر. ولهذا الغرض، قمنا بتصميم برنامج معلوماتي لإعادة تربية نقص الكلمة، والذي يستند إلى عدد من المساعدات الشفهية التي تهدف إلى تسهيل الوصول إلى الكلمة. |b The word finding problems, is one of the most common pathological signs in neuropsychology. Indeed, it is highlighted in all types of aphasia. In a rehabilitation session, when a patient has this sign, the therapist helps him to overcome his disorder by using facilitation means when the objective is to help the patient to produce the adequate item, thanks to facilitating method accessing to the right word. To do this, the therapists can use computer tools that has become indispensable in our days. For this purpose, we have established a software for rehabilitation of word finding problems, which is based on a number of oral aids, which aim to facilitate access to the word. |d Le manque du mot, compte parmi les signes pathologiques les plus fréquents en neuropsychologie. En effet, il est mis en évidence dans tous les types d’aphasie. En séance de rééducation, quand un patient présente ce signe, l’orthophoniste l’aide à pallier son trouble en utilisant des moyens de facilitation, l’objectif, donc, est d’aider le patient à produire l’item cible grâce à une aide facilitant l’accès au mot. Pour ce faire, l’orthophoniste peut s’appuyer sur l’outil informatique qui est devenu indispensable de nos jours. Dans cette optique, nous avons établi un logiciel de rééducation du manque de mots basé sur un nombre d’aides orales, qui ont pour but la facilitation d’accès au mot. | ||
