التواصل الاجتماعي وعلاقته بالتكيف لدى المعلمين

المستخلص: التواصل الاجتماعي هو من المهارات المهمة التي يجب أن يمتلكها المعلم، والتي يحتاجها لإنجاح عملية التعليم، وهو واحد من العمليات الاجتماعية المهمة, ويعتمد على تبادل المعلومات والأفكار. أما التكيف النفسي فهو القابلية على القيام بالأدوار المطلوبة من الفرد اجتماعيا، وهو عملية ديناميكية مستمرة تتناول السلوك والبيئة (الطبيعية والاجتماعية) بالتغيير والتعديل حتى يحدث توازن بين الفرد وبيئته، إذ أن الأوضاع المختلفة للضغط والإجهاد يمكن أن تؤثر على قابلية الأفراد في التواصل. تحدد البحث الحالي بالمعلمين في المدارس التابعة لمديريات تربية محافظة بغداد، واعتمد المنهج الوصفي للعلاقات الارتباطية، وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: ١- أن المعلمين يمتلكون تواصلا اجتماعيا جيدا بجميع أبعاده اللفظية وغير اللفظية عند مستوى دلالة (٠,٠٥) وبدرجة حرية (٢٩٩). ٢- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التواصل الاجتماعي تعزى إلى متغير النوع، كما لا توجد فروق في جميع أبعاد التواصل الاجتماعي تعزى إلى متغير النوع. ٣- أن المعلمين يتمتعون بتكيف نفسي جيد عند مستوى دلالة (٠,٠٥) ودرجة حرية (٢٩٩). ٤- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التكيف النفسي تعزى إلى متغير النوع. ٥- بعد استعمال تحليل الانحدار المتعدد بطريقة الانحدار المتدرج تبين أن هناك علاقة بين أبعاد التواصل الاجتماعي والتكيف النفسي وأظهرت النتائج أن للضبط الاجتماعي وللتعبير الاجتماعي والحساسية الاجتماعية والنوع أثرا في المتغير التابع (التكيف النفسي) وانهما يشكلان (٣٧,٣%) من التباين الكلي لدرجات التكيف النفسي.

Social communication is one of the important skills that the teacher must possess, which he needs to make the education process a success, and it is one of the important social processes, and depends on the exchange of information and ideas. As for psychological adaptation, it is the ability to perform the roles required of the individual socially, and it is a continuous dynamic process that deals with behavior and the environment (natural and social) with change and modification until there is a balance between the individual and his environment, as the different conditions of pressure and stress can affect the ability of individuals to communicate. The current research was determined by the teachers in the schools affiliated to the Education Directorates of Baghdad Governorate, and the descriptive approach was adopted for the correlational relations, and the following results were reached: 1-The teachers have good social communication in all its verbal and non-verbal dimensions at the level of significance (0.05) and with a degree of freedom (299). 2-There are no statistically significant differences in social communication due to the gender variable, just as there are no differences in all dimensions of social communication due to the gender variable. 3- The teachers have good psychological adjustment at the level of significance (0.05) and the degree of freedom (299.) 4-There are no statistically significant differences in psychological adjustment due to the gender variable. 5-After using the multiple regression analysis using the stepwise regression method, it was found that there is a relationship between the dimensions of social communication and psychological adjustment, and the results showed that social control, social expression, social sensitivity, and gender had an impact on the dependent variable (psychological adjustment), and that they constitute (37.3%) of the total variance in the degrees of psychological adjustment.
