المستخلص: تحاول هذه الدراسة تتبع المشروع النقدي السيميائي عند "عبد الملك مرتاض" من المنظور التنظيري، هذا المشروع الذي نهض على دعامة أساسية؛ هي التعامل مع ثنائية التراث والحداثة وفق ما يعرف بالمثاقفة الواعية، لتكون الحصيلة المعرفية رؤية نقدية تروم التأصيل فيما تتطلع للتجديد، وهو ما تجلى في: مناقشة قضية التراث والحداثة، والاختيار المنهجي المناسب لطبيعة النص الأدبي، واعتماد آليات دقيقة في ضبط المصطلحات تراعي الخصوصية العربية.

This study attempts to follow the semiotic criticism project of «Abdelmalek Mortad» with a theorical perspective, who based his researches on fundamental vision which is (dualism of heritage and modernity), according to the term (conscious cultural exchange), to form a distinctive critical vision aiming at rooting in same time for renewing, as manifested in the discussion of issue of heritage and modernity, the methodological selection of nature of literary text, and establishing of accurate mechanisms in the translation of terms taking in consideration the Arabic privacy.

Cette étude tente de suivre le projet de critique sémiologique «Abdelmalek Mortad» avec une perspective théorique, qui a fondé ses recherches sur une vision fondamentale (dualisme du patrimoine et de la modernité), selon le terme (échange culturel conscient), pour former un vision critique visant à enraciner dans le même temps pour le renouvellement, comme en témoignent: la discussion de la question du patrimoine et de la modernité, la sélection méthodologique de la nature du texte littéraire et l’établissement de mécanismes précis dans la traduction des termes en tenant compte de la vie privée en arabe.
