يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور الجينات التنظيمية في تحقيق جودة الأداء الإداري بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ وذلك من خلال التعرف على أبعاد الجينات التنظيمية بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، التعرف على مدى تحقيق جودة الأداء الإداري بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، التعرف على العلاقة بين الجينات التنظيمية وتحقيق جودة الأداء الإداري بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، قامت الباحثة باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية في استمارة استبيان بلغ عددهم (١٣٨) فردًا تم تقسيمهم إلى (٢٠) فرد لإجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية، (١١٨) فرد لتطبيق الدراسة الأساسية قيد البحث تمثل عينة البحث ٣٨% من إجمالي مجتمع البحث، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث وأهدافه، واستخدمت الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتوصلت إلى أن الجينات التنظيمية متمثلة في (المعلومات، المحفزات، حقوق اتخاذ القرار، الهيكل التنظيمي) تلعب دورًا بالغ الأهمية في تحقيق جودة الأداء الإداري بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، وأن نجاح المؤسسة وتميزها يعتمد بشكل كبير على مدى توافر المعلومات والمحفزات وحقوق اتخاذ القرار والهيكل التنظيمي.
The research aims to identify the role of regulatory genes in achieving the quality of administrative performance in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, by identifying the dimensions of organizational genes in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, to identify the extent to which quality of administrative performance is achieved in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, to identify the relationship between genes Organizational and achieving the quality of administrative performance in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, the researcher selected the research sample by the intentional method in a questionnaire form. They numbered (138) individuals who were divided into (20) individuals to conduct the individuals for the application of the basic study (118). exploratory study under study, the research sample represents 38% of the total research community, and the researcher used the descriptive approach for its suitability to the nature and objectives of the research, and used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and concluded that the regulatory genes are represented in (information, incentives, decision-making rights, The organizational structure plays a very important role in achieving the quality of administrative performance in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, and that the success and excellence of the institution depends largely on the availability of information, incentives, decision-making rights and organizational Structure.
