عندما يحقق العمل الفني الاتصال والتجاوب ويستطيع المتلقي المدرب بصريا قراءة (الشكل Form)، وما ينطوي عليه من اتصال عقلي وحسى وتعبيري وذلك عن طريق مفردات اللغة التشكيلية التي صيغت منها الجملة البصرية وتشمل العناصر التشكيلية التي تؤثر في القيم الجمالية والتعبيرية للعمل الفني، فجميع هذه العناصر تمثل مفردات بصرية تحمل تعبيرات مختلفة، كما تمثل أدوات الفنان التشكيلي التي يتفاعل معها وفق خبراته العقلية والحسية في المعالجات الفنية، فالشكل الفني الجيد يستطيع التعبير بطلاقة عن أدق وأعمق وجهات النظر المركبة ليطرح ما في بواطن النفس البشرية، ولذلك لابد في العمل الفني الجيد أن يتمكن الفنان من إحكام الصياغة والترتيب للعناصر التشكيلية والقيم الجمالية بطريقة تحقق مفاهيم مدرسة فنية محددة وتحدد المضمون التشكيلي لها والمضمون التعبيري للفنان ذاته، ويكون ذلك بالاستخدام الواعي للعناصر التشكيلية بأبعادها الفلسفية ومن ثم إثراء القيم الجمالية والتعبيرية.

This is done through the conscious use of plastic elements with their philosophical dimensions, and then enriching the aesthetic and expressive values.
