المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى بيان اهتمام علماء اللسانيات بدراسة اللغة انطلاقا من اهتمامات وأغراض مختلفة، مما أدى إلى ظهور نظريات لسانية متباينة المناهج والرؤى، كالنظرية البنيوية، والنظرية التوليدية التحويلبية، والنظرية الوظيفية، وغيرها من النظريات الحديثة التي تتفق في دراسة اللغة، وتختلف في الأسس التي تعتمدها في توصيفها لها، ومنها قدرة مستعملي اللغة التواصلية، فمنها من حصر دراسة اللغة في شكلها الصوري بعيدا عن تداولها بين المخاطب(المتكلم) والمخاطب (المستمع)، فدرسها لذاتها ومن أجل ذاتها، ومنها من جعل هذه القدرة قدرتين: قدرة نحوية وقدرة أدائية أو إنجازيه، وركز على الجانب النحوي واتخذه أساسا للدراسة على حساب الجانب الأدائي الإنجازي (التداولي) لها، ومنها من ركز على القدرة التواصلية لها من منطلق أن وظيفة اللغة هي وظيفة تواصلية في ذاتها، وجاءت هذه الدراسة لتجيب عن الأسئلة التالية: هل عرفت هذه النظريات خاصة (البنيوية، التوليدية التحويلية، الوظيفية) باختلاف منطلقاتها الابستمولوجية القدرة التواصليه؟ وما أهم الاختلافات بينها في دراستها لها؟ هل توجد قدرات تختلف باختلاف وظيفة أنماط الخطاب، كأن يكون للخطاب الإبداعي مثلا قدرة تخالف قدرة الخطاب العادي؟ ما الملكات التي تتكون منها القدرة التواصلية؟، وهل هذه القدرة ذات خصوصية لغوية أم تواصلية؟ وقد جاء هذا البحث في مقدمة وثلاثة محاور، بدأته بتعريف القدرة التواصلية لغة واصطلاحا، وبعدها تناولت: القدرة التواصلية عند النظرية البنيوية، القدرة التواصلية عند النظرية التوليدية التحويلية، القدرة التواصلية عند المدرسة الوظيفية، وانتهى البحث بخاتمة لخصت أهم نتائجه.

The research aims to show the interest of linguists in studying language based on different interests and purposes, which led to the emergence of linguistic theories with different approaches and visions, such as the structural theory, the transformational generative theory, the functional theory, and other modern theories that agree in the study of language, and differ in their The foundations that it adopts in its description of it, including the ability of the users of the communicative language, some of them limit the study of the language in its formal form away from its circulation between the addressee (the speaker) and the addressee (the listener), so he studied it for itself and for itself, and some of them make this ability two abilities: grammatical ability and ability Performative or performative, and focused on the grammatical aspect and took it as a basis for the study at the expense of the performative-performative (pragmatic) aspect of it, and some of them focused on its communicative ability on the grounds that the function of language is a communicative function in itself, and this study came to answer the following questions: Did you know this Theories, especially (structural, generative, transformative, functional) with their different epistemological starting points, communicative ability? What are the most important differences between them in their studies? Are there abilities that differ according to the function of discourse patterns, such as having creative discourse, for example, with an ability that differs from the ability of ordinary discourse? What are the faculties that the communicative ability consists of? Is this ability linguistic or communicative? This research came in an introduction and three axes, I started it by defining the communicative ability linguistically and idiomatically, and then dealt with: the communicative ability according to the structural theory, the communicative ability according to the transformative generative theory, the communicative ability according to the functional school, and the research ended with a conclusion that summarized its most important results.
