المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى: 1. التكييف لمقياس الكفايات التعليمية لدى مدرسي مادة السباحة لكليات وأقسام التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعات إقليم كوردستان-العراق. ٢-التعرف على واقع الكفايات التعليمية وأبعادها لدى مدرسي مادة السباحة من وجهة نظر طلبة كليات وأقسام التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعات إقليم كوردستان- العراق. اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب دراسة العلاقات على وفق الدراسات الارتباطية لملائمته للمشكلة المراد بحثها لتحقيق أهداف، وتكونت المجتمع في هذه الدراسة شملت جميع طلبة كليات وأقسام التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في إقليم كوردستان- العراق، التي تمارس فيها مادة السباحة حيث بلغ عددهم (٤٠٨) طلبة، أما عينة البحث بعد استبعاد (٢٤) طلبة لعدم إكمال إجاباتهم، واستبعاد (١٠) طلبة مشاركين في التجربة الاستطلاعية، حيث بلغ عينة البحث بالتجربة النهائية (٣٧٤) طلبة وبنسبة مئوية مقدارها (91.66) توصل الباحثان إلى الاستنتاجات الأتية: 1. التكييف لمقياس الكفايات التعليمية لدى مدرسي مادة السباحة لكليات وأقسام التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعات إقليم كوردستان-العراق. 2. أظهرت نتائج معنوية لجميع للأبعاد (الكفايات التدريبية والتفاعلية-الكفايات المهنية والشخصية-الكفايات الإدارية-الكفايات الدافعية والتحفيز-الكفايات المعلومات والمعرفة الرياضية) لمقياس الكفايات التعليمية لدى مدرسي المادة السباحة.

The research aims:- 1- Adaptation of the educational competency scale for teachers of swimming in the faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of the Kurdistan Region- Iraq. 2- Identifying the reality of educational competencies and their dimensions for swimming teachers from the student’s viewpoint at colleges and departments of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of the Kurdistan Region- Iraq. The researchers adopted the descriptive approach in the method of studying relationships according to the correlational studies for its suitability to the problem to be researched to achieve the goals, and the community was formed in this study, which included all students of colleges and departments of physical education and sports sciences in the Kurdistan Region- Iraq, who has taken swimming courses and practiced, the number were reached (408) students, As for the research sample after excluding (24) students who didn’t complete the answer shits of the questionary, and excluding (10) students participating in the exploratory experiment, where the research sample in the final experiment reached (374) students and with a percentage of (91.66) the researchers reached the following conclusions: 1 -The importance of adaptation scale of educational competencies among teachers of swimming in the faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of the Kurdistan Region- Iraq. 2- The need to maintain a high degree of leadership behaviors and educational competencies for all members of the teaching staff in general and the school subject swimming in particular, by preparing training programs for them during attending that take the status of continuity.
