المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة التفويض الإداري في مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة إربد من وجهة نظر القادة الإداريين والعاملين فيها، والكشف عن الفروقات تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس، والمسمى الوظيفي، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والمديرية. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لقياس درجة ممارسة التفويض الإداري في مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة إربد من وجهة نظر القادة الإداريين والعاملين فيها. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مدراء التربية ورؤساء الأقسام في مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة إربد والبالغ عددهم (196) فردا، ومن العاملين بالمديريات والبالغ عددهم (900) عاملا وعاملة خلال العام 2018/ 2019، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (279) فردا من مدراء التربية ورؤساء الأقسام والعاملين في مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة اربد. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة التفويض الإداري في مديريات التربية والتعليم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة التفويض الإداري في مديريات التربية والتعليم تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغيري المسمى الوظيفي وجاءت الفروق لصالح المدير، والمديرية وجاءت الفروق لصالح كل من مديرية لواءي الطبية والوسطية ومديرية المزار الشمالي. أوصت الدراسة بإقامة دورات تدريبية للقيادات الإدارية في جميع مديريات التربية التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم لتبصيرهم بأهمية تفويض السلطة، ونتائجها على فاعلية الإدارة.

The study aimed to identify Practicing Degree of Authority Delegation in the Educational Directorate in Irbid Governorate as perceived by Educational Leaders and their employees, and to detect differences according to the variables of gender, job title, educational qualification, years of experience, and the directorate. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the researcher prepared A questionnaire to measure Practicing Degree of Authority Delegation in the Educational Directorate in Irbid Governorate as perceived by Educational Leaders and their employees. the study population consisted of all directors of education and heads of departments in the directorates of education in Irbid governorate, who numbered (196) individuals. and workers in the directorates, whose number reached (900) workers during the year 2018/2019. and the study sample consisted of (279) individuals from the directors of education Heads of departments and workers in the directorates of education in Irbid governorate. The results of the study showed that the practicing degree of administrative delegation in the directorates of education was average. and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the practicing degree of administrative delegation in the directorates of education due to the variables (sex, educational qualification, and years of experience). and There are statistically significant differences according to the two variables of job title, and the differences came in favor of the director and the directorate, and the differences came in favor of each of the directorates of Al-Taybeh and Al- Wasatia districts and the directorate of the northern almazar. The study recommended to establish training courses for the administrative leaders in all the directorates of education under the Ministry of Education to show them the importance of delegation of authority and its results on the effectiveness of the administration.
