المستخلص: تناول هذا البحث مناقشات علمية قوية جرت بين الإمام السخاوي وأهل اللغة العربية. وذلك فيما خالفوا فيه أهل القراءات في كتابه: "فتح الوصيد في شرح القصيد"؛ إذ ينبني على هذه المناقشات أثر عملي في أداء وضبط وجوه القراءات المختلفة عند القراء على الوجه الأكمل، كما يتضمن توثيق هذه الأصول بنصوص علمية رصينة. وقد اعتمد الباحثان في هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي الممتزج بالمنهج التحليلي، مع ما يلزم من مناهج مساعدة في تحقيق أغراض هذه الدراسة؛ بغرض الوصول إلى نتائج وأحكام عامة. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث أن السخاوي اعتمد على الرواية والسماع في رده أقوال أهل اللغة، وأن قواعد اللغة العربية ليست حاكمة على القراءة القرآنية، وفي المقابل ليس كل أقوال أهل اللغة مردودة؛ إذ منها ما جاء برواية صحيحة لكنها من غير طريق الشاطبية التي اعتمدها السخاوي؛ فلهذا رد هذه الأقوال، وعلاوة على ما سبق فقد دلت هذه المناقشات على غزارة علم السخاوى وأصالة وشمول ردوده. وبلغت المناقشات المختارة كنماذج في هذا البحث سبعة (7) من المناقشات العلمية، وذلك في باب الأصول فقط. في حين أنها أكثر من ذلك إذا درست مناقشات فرش القراءات.

This research studies the powerful scientific discussions that took place between Imam Al-Sakhāwī and the Arabic linguists regarding what was mentioned in his book “Fatḥ Al-Waṣīd fī Sharḥ Al-Qaṣīd” that the people of the Qur’anic recitations differed in as these discussions have a practical impact on the full execution and regulation of different aspects of the recitations of the Qur’anic reciters. This research also documents the principles of the Qur’anic recitations using solid scientific texts. The researchers adopt an analytical and descriptive methodology in this paper- along with other supplementary methodologies- to achieve the goals of this study with the aim of reaching general results and rulings. Among the most prominent findings of this research is that Al-Sakhāwī relied on narration and audio transmission in his refutation of the opinions of the linguists, and that the rules of the Arabic language do not govern the Qur’anic recitation. However, not all the opinions of the linguists are rejected; as some of them have been transmitted through authentic narrations but they were not of the Shāṭibiyyah method which Al-Sakhāwī adopted; which is why he rejected these opinions. In addition to the above, these discussions indicated the abundance of Al-Sakhāwī’s knowledge, and the originality and the comprehensiveness of his responses. The discussions selected as models in this research amounted to seven (7) scientific discussions- and they are regarding the chapter on the principles only. The number is greater than that if the discussions regarding the recitations are studied.
