المستخلص: إن الناظر في منهاج حازم القرطاجني يدرك أنه بحاجة إلى قراءة معرفية تتسم بإدراك ودراية واسعتين، إذ يمكن القول إن التراث يقوم على آليات حجاجية مضمرة تشير إليها نصوصه، فبعد أن سبق بعدد ليس بالقليل من النقاد أصبح لزاما على المتأخر أن يأتي بآليات وقراءات جديدة، يخرج فيها الناقد ليتميز بها عمله، فمن أولى الآليات الموظفة آليات الحجاج عند القرطاجني، إذ عمد إلى استعمال جملة مسميات كلها تشير إلى نظرية الحجاج، فهو يشير إلى التخييل والإقناع والاستدلال والبراهين والأدلة والجدلية والخطابية اليقينية أو مشتهرة أو مظنونة وغيرها من المسميات التي تشير إلى نظرية الحجاج بطريقة أو أخرى، وقد تركز ورودها في القسم المتصل بالمعاني وهو محور الدراسة. يهدف البحث إلى إظهار القيمة الحجاجية المرتبطة بمنزلة المعنى وتفرده بالعلاقات الحجاجية المنضوية تحت مشروعه النقدي، وصلاحيته للاستثمار المعرفي في قضايا متعددة في النقد القديم، وامتداده إلى قضايا النقد المعاصرة. استعان البحث بالمنهج التحليلي الوصفي في رصد الحجاج النفسي، إذ اشتمل على تمهيد أفاد في دراسة التعريف والوظيفة أولا، والانفعال النفسي (حركته وأثره) ثانيا ضمن مسمى سلطة الحجاج، ومبحثين وسم الأول منهما بـ (مهارات الحجاج وسلطة تأثير نقد المعنى البلاغي) وهو في محورين الأول: مهارات التخييل، والآخر: مهارات حسية. في حين جاء المبحث موسوما بـ (الحجاج النفسي وتمثلاته في نقد المعنى) ويقع في محورين أيضا هما: الترتيب والتدريج والتقابل والترتيب.

The researcher in Hazem Al-Qartajani's curriculum realizes that he needs an epistemological reading that is characterized by wide awareness and knowledge. It can be said that heritage is based on implicit mechanisms of controversy that its texts refer to. After being preceded by quite a few critics, it has become imperative for the latecomer to come up with new mechanisms and readings, in which the critic comes out to distinguish his work. The first mechanisms employed are the mechanisms of argumentation at Al-Qartajani. He intended to use a number of names, all of which refer to the theory of controversy. It refers to imagination, persuasion, inference, proofs, evidence, dialectic, rhetorical certainty, famous, presumed, and other names that refer to controversy theory in one way or another. Its inclusion was concentrated in the section related to meanings, which is the focus of the study. The research aims to show the controversy value associated with the status of the meaning and its uniqueness in the controversy relations that fall under the project of Hazem Al-Qartajani, and its suitability for knowledge investment in various issues in ancient Arab criticism, and its extension to contemporary criticism issues. The research used the descriptive analytical method in monitoring the psychological controversy. The study included an introduction to the study of the definition, function, and psychological emotion (its movement and its effect), within the name of the authority of controversy. It also included two topics: the first (controversy skills and the authority to influence rhetorical meaning criticism), and it includes two axes, the first: imagination skills, and the second: sensory skills. The second topic: (Psychological controversy and its representations in the criticism of meaning), includes two axes: arrangement and gradation, opposition and arrangement.
