المستخلص: تعتبر نظم المعلومات ودعم القرار الأداة الملائمة لتوفير المعلومات المطلوبة تعتبر نظم المعلومات ودعم القرار الأداة الملائمة لتوفير المعلومات المطلوبة وبالتالي تخفيض تكاليف أداء الأنشطة وزيادة فعاليتها، وكذلك فإن التكامل بين كلا من نظام إدارة اللوجستيات وبقية أنظمة وأنشطة المنظمات يساهم في تحقيق أعلى مستويات جودة الخدمة للعملاء، وعلى ذلك يمكن صياغة مشكلة الدراسة في: ما تثير نظم المعلومات ودعم القرار اللوجستية وتكاملها مع بقية الأنشطة والنظم الإدارية على الارتقاء بجودة الخدمة في المؤسسات الرياضية؟ ويتمثل الهدف الرئيس للدراسة في دراسة تأثير نظم المعلومات ودعم القرار اللوجستي على جودة الخدمة المقدمة للعملاء بالمؤسسات الرياضية. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومن نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: - يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لنظم المعلومات ودعم القرار اللوجستي على جودة الخدمة بالمؤسسات الرياضية. - يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكامل نظم المعلومات ودعم القرار اللوجستي مع بقية الأنظمة الإدارية على جودة الخدمة بالمؤسسات الرياضية. ومن توصيات الدراسة: - ضرورة استخدام أساليب كمية ونوعية والأرقام والإحصاءات لوضع صورة واضحة لمستويات جودة الخدمة المطلوب تحقيقها للارتقاء بمستوى الخدمة. - ضرورة التركيز على التكامل بين المنشآت وبعضها البعض بما يعمل على التكامل في أداء الأنشطة اللوجستية وفق أعلى معايير ومؤشرات جودة الخدمة.

The impact of Information and decision support systems are the appropriate tool to provide the required information. Information and decision support systems are the appropriate tool to provide the required information and thus reduce the costs of performing activities and increase their effectiveness. Also, the integration between the logistics management system and the rest of the organizations’ systems and activities contributes to achieving the highest levels of service quality for customers. Accordingly, the study problem can be formulated in: What is the impact of information systems and logistical decision support and their integration with the rest of the activities and administrative systems on improving the quality of service in sports institutions? The main objective of the study is to study the impact of information systems and logistical decision support on the quality of service provided to clients in sports institutions. The research relied on the descriptive analytical method, and the results of the study are the following: - There is a statistically significant impact of information systems and logistical decision support on the quality of service in sports institutions. - There is a statistically significant impact of the integration of information systems and logistical decision support with the rest of the administrative systems on the quality of service in sports institutions. Among the study recommendations: The necessity of using quantitative and qualitative methods, numbers and statistics to develop a clear picture of the levels of service quality to be achieved in order to improve the level of service. - The need to focus on the integration between facilities and each other, which works on integration in the performance of logistical activities according to the highest standards and indicators of service quality.
