|a تهدف الدراسة الحالية لقياس أثر التمكين النفسي للعاملين على سلوكهم الإبداعي بالإدارة المحلية بمحافظة سوهاج وذلك من خلال وضع إطار علمي وعملي عن مفهوم التمكين النفسي للعاملين بالنسبة لمجال التطبيق من حيث ماهيته وفلسفته ومجالاته وأهمية تبنيه واستراتيجيات تطبيقه وأشكاله والمعايير المتعلقة به وأثره على تعزيز السلوك الإبداعي للعاملين. وهنا استخدم الباحث أسلوب الحصر الشامل لمجتمع الدراسة من خلال وظائف الإدارة العليا بالإدارة المحلية بمحافظة سوهاج، وذلك يعني أن مجتمع الدراسة يساوي عينة الدراسة ويساوي جميع وظائف الإدارة العليا بالإدارة المحلية بمحافظة سوهاج وعددهم (110) فرد، أي أن الباحث يعتمد على أسلوب الحصر الشامل لجمع البيانات. توصل البحث إلى أن أهم أبعاد التمكين النفسي هي المعني ويليها الكفاءة ثم الإدارة الذاتية ثم التأثير، وأن أهم أبعاد السلوك الإبداعي هي استكشاف الفرص ويليها توليد الأفكار ثم الاختبار العلمي ثم التطبيق ثم القدرة. كما توصل أيضا إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط وأثر إيجابي بين التمكين النفسي وتحقيق السلوك الإبداعي لدى الإدارة المحلية بمحافظة سوهاج.
|b The current study aims to measure the impact of psychological empowerment of workers on their creative behavior in the local administration in Sohag Governorate, through the development of a scientific and practical framework on the concept of psychological empowerment of workers in relation to the field of application in terms of its nature, philosophy, fields, the importance of its adoption, application strategies, forms and standards related to it, and its impact on enhancing the creative behavior of workers. Here, the researcher used the comprehensive inventory method for the study community through the jobs of senior management in the local administration in Sohag governorate, which means that the study population is equal to the study sample and equal to all the jobs of the senior management in the local administration in Sohag governorate, and their number is (110) individuals, meaning that the researcher depends on the comprehensive inventory method to collect data. The study concluded that the most important dimensions of psychological empowerment are the meaning, followed by competence, then Self-Determination, then Impact, and that the most important dimensions of creative behavior are the Opportunity Exploration, followed by the Generativity,, Formative Investigation, Application, and Championing. The study concluded that there is a positive correlation and impact between psychological empowerment and the achievement of creative behavior among the local administration in Sohag Governorate.
