المستخلص: مشكلة البحث الحالية هي انخفاض مستوى عملية الفحص المالي من حيث الشكل والمضمون ولذلك هدف هذا البحث لمعرفة أثر مهارة التواصل والتنسيق كأحد أدوات التفكير الإبداعي على مستوى عملية الفحص المالي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم جمع البيانات اللازمة من مجتمع الدراسة المكون من ١٦٨ مفتش مالي من محافظة أسوان عن طريق قائمة الاستقصاء المغلقة وقد تبين باستخدام الوسط الحسابي أن مهارة التنسيق والتواصل متوافرة في جميع فئات مجتمع الدراسة بدرجة جيدة وأنه توجد علاقة موجبة طردية متوسطة أثبتها معامل الارتباط بيرسون ومعادلة الانحدار البسيط بين مهارة التواصل والتنسيق ومستوى عملية الفحص المالي الأمر الذي يتطلب معه إجراء دورات تدريبية موجهه لرفع مستوى عملية الفحص المالي والاعتماد بدرجة أكبر على أدوات التفكير الإبداعي لتحسين مستوى عملية الفحص المالي.

The current research problem is the low level of the financial examination process in terms of form and content. Therefore, the aim of this research is to know the effect of communication and coordination skills as one of the creative thinking tools on the level of the financial examination process, and to achieve this aim the necessary data were collected from the study population consisting of 168 financial inspectors from Aswan governorate through the closed survey list. Using the arithmetic mean, it has been shown that the skill of coordination and communication is available in all groups of the study population with a good degree and that there is a positive positive intermediate relationship proven by the Pearson correlation coefficient and the simple regression equation between the skill of communication and coordination and the level of The financial examination process, which requires together with training courses aimed at raising the level of the financial examination process and relying more on creative thinking tools to improve the level of the financial examination process.
