المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الخدمات اللوجستية العكسية والقوى الدافعة والقوى المعوقة لفهم هذه المشكلة، يقوم البحث بدراسة الممارسات اللوجستية العكسية التي تتبناها الشركات المختلفة. وتم استخدام والاعتماد على قائمة استقصاء طورتها الباحثة لجمع البيانات الأولية التي تخدم غرض الدراسة، ومن خلال مقياس ألفا كرونباخ تم التأكد من ثبات مقاييس متغيرات الدراسة، وباستخدام أسلوب تحليل الانحدار المتعدد واختبار نموذج وفروض الدراسة، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (389) مفردة والتي تم توزيعها على المسئولين في كل شركة من الإدارة العليا ومسئولي الإنتاج والتصميم والفحص والتفتيش والبحث والتطوير ومديري سلاسل الإمداد والتوريد في الشركات محل البحث، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين القوى الدافعة والقوى المعوقة لتطبيق الخدمات اللوجستيات العكسية حيث أن 31% من التغيرات التي تحدث في المتغير التابع ممارسات اللوجستيات العكسية داخل هذا النموذج يمكن تفسيرها من خلال المتغيرات المستقل وهي القوى الدافعة والقوى المعوقة، وأن هناك قوى أخرى مؤثرة على ممارسات الخدمات اللوجستية العكسية يمكن النظر إليها على طبيعة الصناعات الغذائية، كما توصي الدراسة بضرورة وضع استراتيجيات وسياسات وأهداف عامة معلنة تبرز فيها مسئوليتها عن المرتجعات وكيفية التعامل معها، بالإضافة إلى التحول من التركيز على الأنشطة الأمامية التقليدية لسلسلة التوريد فقط إلى ضرورة الاهتمام أيضا بأنشطة المرتجعات والتي تعد ضرورية جدا للكثير من الصناعات مثل الصناعات الغذائية.

The study aimed to identify the relationship between the reverse logistics services and the driving forces and the barriers forces. To understand this problem, the research studies the reverse logistics practices adopted by the different companies. A survey list was used and relied on which was developed by the researcher to collect the primary data that served the purpose of the study, and through Cronbach Alpha Scale, the consistency of the study variables scales were confirmed, and by using the method of multiple regression analysis and testing the model and hypotheses of the study, a simple random sample consisting of (389) individuals was selected, which was distributed to the officials in each company from the top management, the officials of production, design, inspection, investigation, research and development, and the managers of supply chains in the companies under research. The study concluded that there is a relationship between the driving forces and the barriers forces for applying the reverse logistics services, as 31% of the changes that occur in the dependent variable reverse logistics practices within this model can be explained through the independent variables, which are the driving forces and the barriers forces, and that there are other forces affecting the reverse logistics practices can be considered on the nature of the food industries, and the study also recommends the need to develop strategies, policies, and public goals in which its responsibility for returns and how to deal with them emerges, in addition to shifting from focusing on the traditional front activities of the supply chain only to the need to pay attention to the activities of returns, which is very necessary for many industries such as the food industries.
