هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إيجاد نظرية في الإصلاح الجنائي، تكون بداية لإصلاح المجرمين، وإثبات أنهم أشخاص طبيعيون مذ ولادتهم، وأن وقوعهم في الجريمة كان بمؤثرات خارجية، وأنه يمكن إصلاحهم ودمجهم في المجتمع بوسائل شتى تكون كفيلة بذلك، باعتبار أن كل شخص يكمن الجانب الإجرامي في داخله، ولكن بنسب مختلفة، ولأهمية إدماجهم في المجتمع وتوقي خطورتهم، كانت فكرة هذا البحث الذي يعالج سبل إصلاحهم، وتخفيف الأعباء المالية التي تنفق على القضايا الناشئة عن نشاطهم، وتقليل هذه القضايا، والإفادة منهم بعد إصلاحهم، وتم تناول ذلك من خلال مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، خصص المبحث الأول لدراسة مفهوم نظرية الإصلاح الجنائي، والثاني في دور ومجالات إصلاح المدعى عليه، والثالث: في بيان دور رجال الضبط الجنائي في إصلاح الجاني، وبينت الخاتمة أهم النتائج والتوصيات، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومن نتائج الدراسة: أن لأجهزة العدالة الجنائية دور مهم في حماية وإصلاح المجرم، وأن نظرية الإصلاح الجنائي تساهم في التقليل من الجرائم وإصلاح المجرمين، ولها عديد من السمات والمزايا.
This study aimed at finding a theory in criminal reform, which is the beginning of criminal reform, And to prove that they were natural persons from birth, and that they were caught up in the crime with external influences, and that they can be reformed and integrated into society by various means that can be done. Considering that everyone's criminal aspect lies within it, but in different proportions, And because of the importance of integrating them into society and preventing their dangerousness, the idea of this research that addresses ways of reforming them was, and reduce the financial burden spent on issues arising from their activity, Reduce these issues, and benefit them after their reform, and this was addressed through the introduction and three detectives, Finally, the first research was devoted to the study of the concept of the theory of criminal reform, the second in the role and areas of the defendant's reform, and the third: In the statement of the role of criminal seizures in the reform of the perpetrator, the conclusion outlined the main findings and recommendations, and the study relied on the analytical descriptive curriculum, among the results of the study: Criminal justice organs have an important role in protecting and reforming the offender, and the theory of criminal reform contributes to reducing crimes and reforming offenders, and has many features and advantages.
