|a يهدف المقال لدراسة مسار الهجرة في ظل جائحة كورونا باعتباره موضوع من بين أهم المواضيع التي باتت تشغل اهتمام جميع دول العالم، وذلك من خلال البحث في الوضع المستجد الذي تشكله الأزمة الصحية لكوفيد- 19"جائحة" بالمفهوم التقني والقانوني المتداول، والذي قررته منظمة الصحة العالمية "OMS " نتيجة آثاره الممتدة عبر الحدود، والذي ترتب عليه الإعلان عن الطوارئ العامة الدولية، الأمر الذي أثر فعليا وبشكل جسيم على حركة الهجرة عبر الدول، والتي تعتبر من أكثر القضايا حساسية لارتباطها بعدة عوامل متعددة منها الأمنية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والصحية، خاصة في ظل انتشار فيروس كورونا باعتباره نمطا جديدا من الأزمات الاستثنائية والتي استدعى تعامل الحكومات والهيئات الدولية معه بشكل سريع باتخاذها جملة من الإجراءات والتدابير الوقائية، على أن توضح دراسة إشكالية الهجرة وجائحة كوفيد-19 أهم الآثار الصحية الناشئة عنها، باعتباره أثر عابر للحدود، على أن تتضمن الدراسة جملة من المفاهيم وعلى راسها مفهوم الهجرة لكونه مفهوم مركب، وكذا أهم تعريفات الخاصة بفيروس كورونا والأزمة الصحية، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بغرض الوصول إلى نتائج أهمها اعتبار فيروس كورونا تهديدا لنظام العام والصحي، والذي أثر بشكل فعلي على مسارها فكلف هذه الأخيرة بالتدخل بغلق الحدود واتخاذ التدابير في مواجهتها، توجيها حركتها.
