المستخلص: تقدير الإعراب محكوم بالصناعة النحوية وقواعد اللغة، أما تفسير المعنى فلا قيود تحكمه، فيضيف الشارع ما يشاء إلى الجملة ليتضح المعنى ويزول اللبس. وقد عني النحاة بقضية تفسير المعنى والتقدير الإعرابي، وعقد ابن جني فصلاً لهذه القضية في كتابه الخصائص. وفي بحثنا هذا سنقف عند مواضع في تفسير أبي حيان الأندلسي المسمى: البحر المحيط، حكم فيها أبو حيان على آراء بعض المفسرين بأنه تفسير معنى لا تقدير إعراب؛ لأنها إن كانت تقديراً للإعراب فقد خالفت الصناعة النحوية، ونناقش هذه المواضع من تفسير سورة البقرة على أنها أنموذج لسائر التفسير بمنهج وصفي تحليلي.

The interpretation of the parsing is governed by the grammatical industry and the rules of the language. As for the interpretation of the meaning, there are no restrictions governing it. The commentator adds what he wants to the sentence to clarify the meaning and eliminate confusion. The grammarians were concerned with the issue of the interpretation of meaning and the estimation of the syntax, and Ibn Jinni held a chapter on this issue in his book Al-Khasays. In our research, we will stop at places in the interpretation of Abu Hayyan al-Andalusi called: Al-Bahr al-Moheet, in which Abu Hayyan judged the opinions of some commentators that it is an interpretation of a meaning, not an interpretation of parsing; Because if it was an interpretation of the syntax, it contradicted the grammatical industry, and we discuss these places from the interpretation of Surat Al-Baqarah as a model for the rest of the interpretation with a descriptive and analytical approach.
