|a يهدف البحث إلى تقويم مخرجات مناهج الملاكمة طبقا لمتطلبات سوق العمل في قطاع التدريب في ضوء معايير الجودة والاعتماد، كما استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبة المنهج لطبيعة الدراسة، كما يتكون مجتمع البحث من السادة أعضاء هيئة تدريس الملاكمة بكليات التربية الرياضية على مستوى الجامعات المصرية كعينة للقائمين على العملية التدريسية، وقد تم اختيار عينة البحث الأساسية بالطريقة العمدية والبالغ عددهم (٦٠) عضو هيئة تدريس، وتم اختيار مجموعة من مديري ومسؤولي أقسام مؤسسات سوق العمل بقطاع تدريب الملاكمة والممثلة في (مسئولي الاتحاد المصري للملاكمة والمناطق- مديري المؤسسات- مديري النشاط- المديرين الفنين- المدربين العام) والبالغ عددهم (٤٨) فرد، وقد تم اختيار عدد (۲۰) فرد كعينة استطلاعية من خارج العينة الأساسية. وأشارت أهم النتائج إلى: 1- تبين من خلال نتائج التحليل الإحصائي وجود تفاوت في استجابات عينة البحث، كانت استجابتها تتسم بالسلبية لجودة عدة أنواع من مخرجات المناهج التدريسية، ويعود ذلك إلى أسباب مختلفة بعضها يقع ضمن مسؤولية قطاع التعليم والبعض الآخر يقع على عاتق مؤسسات سوق العمل. ٢- أكدت العينة أن مستوى الجودة للخريجين طبقا للمعايير- التي تعد الأكثر أهمية في مخرجات مؤسسات التعليم العالي- هي بمستوى متدني، ورغم أن مسؤولية ذلك ملقاة على عاتق مؤسسات التعليم، إلا إنها ليست الجهة المقصرة دائما، إذ تعود أسباب ذلك إلى بعض العوامل المؤثرة على قرارات القائمين على إدارة المؤسسات في الجامعات والبعض الآخر يعود إلى العوامل المؤثرة على لوائح الجامعات نفسها والخاضعة لقطاع التربية الرياضية بالمجلس الأعلى للجامعات وهذا يظهر جليا في لوائح التخصصات داخل كليات التربية الرياضية التي تؤثر على كمية المناهج الدراسية التي يتلقاها الخريج خلال الفرق الدراسية الأربعة أثناء فترة دراسته داخل الجامعة.
|a 3- اتضح من خلال نتائج تحليل النتائج أن العينة قيد الدراسة لم تتبنى عملية قياس وتقييم رضا مؤسسات المجتمع عن أداءها بشكل دوري، وهذا يعد مؤشرا سلبيا تجاه جودة مخرجاتها، لأن ذلك يتعارض مع مبدأ "المتابعة المستمرة لرضا المستفيد". 4- تتفق آراء عينة المستفيدين من مسئولي الاتحاد المصري للملاكمة والمناطق ومديري ومسؤولي مؤسسات سوق العمل على أن هناك تدني واضح في جودة بعض المخرجات الأخرى للجامعات، فهناك تدني أيضا في جودة البرامج التدريسية المخصصة لخدمة المجتمع وكذلك الاستشارات العلمية. 5- هناك توافق واضح حول مراعاة الجامعة للأبعاد الأخلاقية المتعلقة بخدمة المجتمع، كما تؤكد نتائج الدراسة على أن الجامعات قيد البحث كانت مهتمة بضرورة مشاركة ممثلي مؤسسات سوق العمل في ندواتها ومؤتمراتها وبرامجها العلمية، إلا أن تلك المؤسسات لم تستثمر هذه الفرص في دعم قدراتها واحتياجاتها. 6- أتضح من خلال الدراسة أن مؤسسات سوق العمل لم تستثمر مخرجات الجامعات استثمارا تاما رغم إن تلك المخرجات كانت تتسم بالشمولية التي يمكن أن تغطي معظم احتياجات قطاعات الأعمال في سوق العمل في قطاع تدريب الملاكمة ويظهر ذلك بشكل كبير في عدم استثمار قدرات الخريج من قبل سوق العمل وانهاكه في الأعمال الإدارية وخلافه مما يحول دون اهتمامه بتطوير الجانب العملي فيما يخص أداء مهامه في قطاع التدريب.
|b The research aims to evaluate the outputs of the boxing curricula according to the requirements of the labor market in the training sector in the light of quality and accreditation standards. The researcher also used the descriptive approach to suit the curriculum to the nature of the study. The teaching process, and the basic research sample was chosen by the intentional method, amounting to (60) faculty members- General trainers) of (48) individuals, and (20) individuals were chosen as an exploratory sample from outside the main sample. 1- It was found through the results of the statistical analysis that there was a discrepancy in the responses of the research sample. Their response was negative to the quality of several types of educational curricula outputs, and this is due to various reasons, some of which fall within the responsibility of the education sector and others fall on the shoulders of the labor market institutions. 2- The sample confirmed that the level of quality of graduates according to the standards- which is considered the most important in the outputs of higher education institutions- is at a low level, and although the responsibility for this lies with the educational institutions, it is not always the negligent party, as the reasons for this are due to some influencing factors On the decisions of those in charge of managing institutions in universities, and others are due to the factors affecting the regulations of the universities themselves and subject to the physical education sector of the Supreme Council of Universities, and this appears clearly in the regulations of specializations within the faculties of physical education that affect the amount of curricula that the graduate receives during the four academic teams during the period Studying at the university.
|b 3- It became clear through the results of the analysis of the results that the sample under study did not adopt the process of measuring and evaluating the satisfaction of community institutions with their performance on a regular basis, and this is a negative indicator towards the quality of their outputs, because this contradicts the principle of "continuous follow-up of the beneficiary's satisfaction." 4- The opinions of a sample of beneficiaries from the Egyptian Boxing Federation officials, regions, directors and officials of labor market institutions agree that there is a clear decline in the quality of some other outputs of universities. There is also a decline in the quality of teaching programs devoted to community service as well as scientific advice. 5- There is a clear consensus about the university's observance of the ethical dimensions related to community service. The results of the study also confirm that the universities under study were interested in the need for representatives of labor market institutions to participate in their seminars, conferences and scientific programs, but those institutions did not invest these opportunities in supporting their capabilities and needs. 6- It became clear through the study that the institutions of the labor market did not fully invest the outputs of the universities, although those outputs were characterized by comprehensiveness that could cover most of the needs of the business sectors in the labor market in the boxing training sector. Work and exhaustion in administrative work and so on, which prevents his interest in developing the practical side with regard to performing his duties in the training sector.
