المستخلص: يقوم هذا البحث على تحقيق ودراسة حاشية لطيفة لحسن السامسوني حشى فيها على المقدمات الأربع من كتاب التوضيح، وجاءت هذه الحاشية مناقشة للإمام التفتازاني في شرحه التلويح، وفي هذه التعليقات من التحرير والتدقيق ما يفيد المتخصص في علم أصول الفقه عموما، والمتخصص في أصول الفقه الحنفي خصوصا، والمهتم بعلم الكلام، فحرصت على تحقيق هذه الحاشية تحقيقا علميا خدمة للعلم، وإظهارا لجهود هذا العالم. وتأتي أهمية تحقيق هذا المخطوط من أن هذه الحاشية على شرح من أهم الشروح الأصولية، وهو التلويح على التوضيح، لا سيما وأن هذا الكتاب أعني التلويح محط عناية القدماء قديما وحديثا، وهو كتاب درسي عند الحنفية في بلاد الهند وما جاورها، فكان من المهم العناية به وبكل حواشيه والتعاليق التي كتبت عليه ومنها هذه التعليقة خدمة للعلم الشريف، وأن هذه الحاشية تظهر النفس الأصولي لهذا العالم حسن السامسوني، وتظهر شيئا من تحقيقاته وتحريراته في هذا العلم؛ للدلالة على مكانة هذا العالم ومدى تفننه في علوم الشريعة المختلفة.

This research is based on the investigation and study of a mild footnote to Hassan Al-Samsuni, in which he stuffed the four introductions from the book of Al- Tawdheeh (clarification). This footnote came as a discussion of Imam Al-Taftazani in his explanation of Al-Talweh. There is editing and scrutiny in these comments that benefits the specialist in the science of jurisprudence in general, and the specialist in the Hanafi jurisprudence in particular, and who is interested in theology. So I took much care to achieve this footnote as a scientific investigation in the service of science, and to demonstrate the efforts of this scholar. The importance of investigating this manuscript stems from the fact that this footnote is an explanation of one of the most important fundamentalist explanations, which is Al-Talweh (the waving) on the clarification, especially since this book, I mean the waving, is the focus of attention of the ancients, past and present. It is a textbook for the Hanafis in the country of India and its neighboring environs, so it was important to take care of it And with all its footnotes and the comments that were written on it, including this commentary, in service of noble knowledge. This footnote shows the fundamentalist spirit of this scholar Hassan al-Samsuni, and shows some of his investigations and edits in this science for indicating the status of this scholar and the extent of his sophistication in the various Sharia sciences.
