|a يهدف البحث إلى الحديث عن التخطيط اللغوي، وهو أحد فروع علم اللغة الاجتماعي، من حيث تعريفه لغة واصطلاحا وبيان نشأته، والحديث عن أهم أهدافه وقضاياه، وبيان مظاهر التخطيط اللغوي عند العرب قديما، أولئك الذين وضعوا اللبنات الأولى للعلوم العربية عموما، ومن مظاهر التخطيط اللغوي: وضع علم النحو، ووضع النقاط على الحروف، ووصف أصوات اللغة العربية، وترتيب حروف الهجاء، واختراع علم العروض، وتأليف أول معجم عربي، والعناية بمفردات الكلام العربي، والتعريب، والترجمة. وقد سعيت إلى جمع ما تناثر في بطون كتب اللغة عن التخطيط اللغوي وبيان صلته باللسانيات الاجتماعية، وجمع ما تناثر من مظاهر التخطيط اللوي قديما، وقد اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وخلص البحث إلى أن العرب القدامى خططوا للاهتمام والاعتناء بالعلوم اللغوية عبر مظاهر مختلفة، وإن لم يكن قد عرف آنذاك بمصطلح التخطيط اللغوي.
|b This research aims to talk at length about linguistic planning, which is one of the branches of social linguistics, in terms of defining it linguistically, idiomatically and explaining its origin, while talking about its most important goals and issues, clarifying the manifestations of linguistic planning among the ancient Arabs, who laid the first building blocks for Arab sciences in general. Some of the manifestations of linguistic planning that are to mentioned: developing the science of grammar, putting points on letters, describing the sounds of the Arabic language, arranging the letters of the alphabet, inventing The science of the balance of Arabic poetry, composing the first Arabic dictionary, taking care of the vocabulary of Arabic speech, Arabization and translation of texts .I sought to collect what was scattered in language books about linguistic planning and to show its relationship to social linguistics, and to collect what was scattered about aspects of linguistic planning in the past, and the research relied on the descriptive analytical method .The research concluded that the ancient Arabs planned and paid attention of linguistic sciences, through various aspects, although not called linguistic planning at that time.
