المستخلص: هدف البحث لوضع تصور مقترح لدور مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في تطبيق أبعاد المواطنة التنظيمية بمحافظة سراة عبيدة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات طبقت على عينة بلغت (287) مديرة من مديرات مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة سراة عبيدة، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن موافقة أفراد عينة البحث حول دور مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في تطبيق بعد الإيثار للمواطنة التنظيمية بمحافظة سراة عبيدة جاءت بدرجة "كبيرة"؛ حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (4.12)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (0.68)، موافقة أفراد عينة البحث حول دور مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في تطبيق بعد الكياسة للمواطنة التنظيمية بمحافظة سراة عبيدة بدرجة "كبيرة جدا"؛ حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (4.22)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (0.87)، موافقة أفراد عينة البحث حول دور مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في تطبيق بعد السلوك الحضاري للمواطنة التنظيمية بمحافظة سراة عبيدة بدرجة "كبيرة"؛ حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.69)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (0.67)، موافقة أفراد عينة البحث حول دور مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في تطبيق بعد وعي الضمير للمواطنة التنظيمية بمحافظة سراة عبيدة بدرجة "كبيرة"؛ حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (4.13)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (0.66). وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) بين استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول دور مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في تطبيق (بعد الإيثار، بعد الكياسة، بعد السلوك الحضاري، وعى الضمير) للمواطنة التنظيمية بمحافظة سراة عبيدة تعزي لمتغيرات الوظيفة الحالية، سنوات الخبرة، ونوع المدرسة. وتم التوصل إلى وضع تصور مقترح لدور مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في تطبيق أبعاد المواطنة التنظيمية بمحافظة سراة عبيدة تكون من عدد من العناصر، ومنها المنطلقات والأهداف والأبعاد الجهات المسؤولة عن تنفيذ التصور؛ وتم اقتراح عدد من المقترحات، ومنها: دراسة مقارنة لتطبيق أبعاد المواطنة التنظيمية في مدارس التعليم العام في المملكة العربية السعودية وبعض الدول الأجنبية، ودراسة العلاقة بين تطبيق أبعاد المواطنة التنظيمية بالمدارس الثانوية والحد من الاحتراق الوظيفي بمدارس التعليم العام، وعمل برنامج تدريبي مقترح لمديرات المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة عسير لتطبيق أبعاد المواطنة التنظيمية.

The aim of the research is to develop a proposed vision for the role of principals of general education schools in applying the dimensions of organizational citizenship in Sarat Abidah Governorate. The members of the research sample on the role of principals of general education schools in applying the altruistic dimension of organizational citizenship in Sarat Abidah governorate came to a 'significant' degree; Where the arithmetic mean was (4.12), and the standard deviation reached (0.68), the agreement of the research sample on the role of principals of general education schools in applying the civility dimension of organizational citizenship in Sarat Abidah Governorate was to a 'very large' degree; Where the arithmetic mean was (4.22), and the standard deviation reached (0.87), the agreement of the research sample members on the role of principals of general education schools in applying the civilized behavior dimension of organizational citizenship in Sarat Abidah Governorate was to a 'significant' degree; Where the arithmetic mean was (3.69), and the standard deviation reached (0.67), the agreement of the research sample members about the role of principals of general education schools in applying the conscience awareness dimension of organizational citizenship in Sarat Abidah Governorate was to a large extent. Where the arithmetic mean was (4.13), and a standard deviation of (0.66). There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the responses of the research sample on the role of principals of general education schools in the application of (after altruism, after civility, after Civilized behavior, awareness of conscience) of organizational citizenship in Sarat Abidah Governorate is attributed to the variables of the current job, years of experience, and type of school. A proposed vision for the role of principals of general education schools in applying the dimensions of organizational citizenship in Sarat Abidah Governorate was reached. A number of proposals were proposed, including: a comparative study of the application of organizational citizenship dimensions in public education schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and some foreign countries, and a study of the relationship between the application of organizational citizenship dimensions in secondary schools and the reduction of job burnout in general education schools, and a proposed training program for secondary school principals.
