يعد مبحث المشترك من المباحث الأصولية المستمدة من اللغة العربية، كما أن دلالته أحد أنواع الدلالات التي تسهم في تنوع اجتهادات الفقهاء في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية، بحسب ترجيح كل فقيه لمعنى من معانيه، وتأتي هذه الدراسة محاولة لعرض قاعدة "لا عموم للمشترك" وهي أحد القواعد الأصولية المتعلقة بهذا المبحث، وبيان أدلتها، وتحليلها، وبيان التطور الاستدلالي للأدلة. وقد اشتملت هذه الدراسة على مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، وكانت مباحثه على النحو التالي: المبحث الأول: التعريف بقاعدة: "لا عموم للمشترك"، والمبحث الثاني: حجية القاعدة، وأدلتها، والتطور الاستدلالي للأدلة. واتبع في هذه الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي حيث تم استقراء أدلة الحنفية في القاعدة، من خلال الكتب المحددة، ثم تحليلها وبيان متى بدأ الاستدلال بالدليل ومتى توقف، وهل طرأ على الدليل تطور في هيئته خلال مدة الاستدلال به. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن هذه القاعدة محل خلاف عند الحنفية، ولكل قول أدلته، وأن مجموع الأدلة للقولين ثلاثة عشر دليلاً، وجد تطور استدلالي في بعض أدلة القول الأول، وبقيت أدلة القول الثاني على ما هي عليه ولم يطرأ عليها تغيير.

This study shows the rule of "It is a specific meaning in a word with different meanings " And it is one of jurisprudence rule releated to this topic, its evidence, its analysis, and its development of the evidence. This study included an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion, and its chapters were as follows: The first chapter: the definition of the rule " It is a specific meaning in a word with different meanings" and the second chapter. "The authenticity of the rule" its evidence and the development of its evidence The inductive and analytical approach was followed in which the Hanafi evidence in the rate was extrapolate through the specific books then analyzed and indicated when the inference with the evidence began and when it stopped, and weather the evidence developed in its form during the period of inference with it. The study concluded that this rule is disputed by the Hanafi's and each jurisprudence has its evidence and that the total of the evidence for the two sayings is thirteen evidence. And the development was found in some of the evidence for the first jurisprudence and the evidence for the second jurisprudence remained as it is and there was no change on them.
