|a تعتبر مملكة البحرين من أكثر الدول المتطورة في استخدام التقنيات الحديثة، حيث تحتل مملكة البحرية مكانة رائدة إقليميا في التحول الرقمي، حيث أولت المملكة أهمية كبيرة للتكنولوجيا ودورها في تعزيز نموها الاقتصادي وخلق فرص عمل نوعية ورفع معدلات التنمية البشرية من أجل حياة أفضل للجميع. حيث حاولت قدر الإمكان الإلمام بكافة المواضيع المتعلقة بحماية المستهلك، وعلى وجه الخصوص الحق في العدول في ضوء العقود الإلكترونية، حيث قمت بالتحليل مفهوم الحق في العدول ومضمونه القانوني في التشريعات العربية الغربية المقارنة كمبحث أول، وكذلك تم إعطاء أهمية كبيرة للاستثناءات الواردة على مبدأ الحق في العدول في عقود البضائع، والاستثناءات الواردة على ها الحق في ضوء التوجيه الأوروبي قانون الاستهلاك الفرنسي حيث ماهيته، وصوره، وتم تكريس هذا المبدأ في ضوء خدمة التعاملات الإلكترونية وأساس الالتزام به.
|b The Kingdom of Bahrain is considered one of the most developed countries in the use of modern technologies, as the Kingdom of Bahrain occupies a leading position regionally in digital transformation, as the Kingdom has attached great importance to technology and its role in enhancing its economic growth, creating quality job opportunities and raising human development rates for a better life for all. Where I tried as much as possible to get acquainted with all issues related to consumer protection, and in particular the right to withdraw in the light of electronic contracts, where I analyzed the concept of the right to withdraw and its legal content in comparative Western Arab legislation as a first topic, and also great importance was given to the exceptions mentioned on the principle of the right to Relinquishment in goods contracts, and the exceptions to this right in the light of the European directive, the French consumption law in terms of its nature and forms, and this principle has been enshrined in light of the electronic transaction service and the basis for compliance with it.
