520		\|b This paper aims to study and analyze mergers and acquisitions in Turkey in 1989-2021, assess the success of this experiment and its impact on the Turkish economy, by using some reports from Deloitte and International Monetary Fund (IMF), and other international institutions. The study found that the Turkish authorities’ decision to include M&A strategies in the mechanisms geared towards accelerating the economic renaissance was very correct, and it emphasized the strength and resilience of Turkey’s economy in confronting the consequences of financial crises throughout history.
