المستخلص: تتناول هذه الدراسة أسس الموازنات الكلية لدى "الرماني" في رسالته "النكت في إعجاز القرآن"، محاولة لدراسة الفكر البلاغي الكلي، وقد عنيت الدراسة ببيان ضبطه ودقه تقسيمه لأسس جعلها ضابطه لأحكامه على أبلغية الكلام وتفضيل بعضه على بعض؛ لبيان تفرد إعجاز نظم القرآن على سائر البيان، كما عنيت ببيان شمول هذه الضوابط لأجزاء البيان المعتبرة في النظر عند البلاغيين، إذ عني في أسسه بالفروق اللغوية الدقيقة للمفردات، واختلاف التراكيب في المعنى الواحد، والتئام الكلام وتناسبه، وأطلق أحكاما مستنبطة من شواهده التي أوردها، وقد تميزت باطرادها لديه في جميع أبوابه، واحتوائها على رتب مترقية، لكل رتبه منها حكم ينص عليه بلفظ يناسبه. ومن ثم اقتضى النظر في الدراسة أن تنهج المنهج الوصفي، فأتت في مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة مباحث موزعة على النحو الآتي: التمهيد ويتضمن ثلاثة مطالب: المطلب الأول: الحاجة إلى وضع الأسس الكلية التي قام عليها الفكر البلاغي، والمطلب الثاني: أثر تنوع ثقافة الرماني في موازناته، والمطلب الثالث: خصوصية رسالة "النكت في إعجاز القرآن" وعلاقتها بأسس الموازنات، المبحث الأول: اعتماد الفروق اللغوية الدقيقة في الترجيح، والمبحث الثاني: اعتماد المراتب في الموازنة، والمبحث الثالث: التزام التعليل في التفضيل، ثم الخاتمة وفيها خلص البحث إلى نتائج عدة من أهمها: دقة نظر "الرماني" وحسن تقسيمه في أسس موازنته، التي اعتمدها للمفاضلة؛ إذ نراه يضع الأساس، ويدرج تحته رتبا مترقية دقيقة، كما يظهر ذلك في أحكامه على الفروق اللغوية للألفاظ، ومراتب أبلغية المعاني، ومطابقة شواهده التي استشهد بها على أحكامه التي أطلقها؛ وفي ذلك دليل اعتماده على البيان العالي في استنباط أحكامه وأسسه التي اعتمدها للمفاضلة وبيان علو إعجاز بيان القرآن الكريم على سائر البيان، والتزامه ألفاظا مقننة تعبر عن أحكام يطلقها في جميع أبوابه.

The present study investigates the foundations of Balancing from the viewpoint of "Al-Rummani" in his treatise "al-Nukat fī Iʿjāz al-Qurʾān", an attempt to study the overall rhetorical thought. The study was concerned with the illustration of his proficiency and the accuracy of his division of the foundations that he made to regulate his rulings over the eloquence of speech and the preference of some of them over others. The study demonstrated the uniqueness of the miracle of the Qur’an’s over the rest of eloquences, as it is concerned with the explanation of the inclusion of these regulations for the parts of the eloquences considered by the rhetoricians. The study was concerned with the foundations in the subtle linguistic differences of the terms, the different structures in the same meaning and the harmony and proportionality of the speech released rulings derived from evidences that he cited. It was distinguished by its regularity with him in all its chapters, and its containment of advanced ranks, each of which had a ruling stipulated by an appropriate wording. Hence, the study necessitated that it adopts the descriptive approach. It includes an introduction, a preface, and four topics distributed as follows: The preface treated three topics: The first: the need to lay down the overall foundations upon which rhetorical thought was based. The second: the impact of the diversity of al-Rummāni’s traditions in his balancing. The third: the specificity of the treatise “al-Nukat fī Iʿjāz al-Qur’ān” and its relationship to the foundations of balancing. The first topic: adopting subtle linguistic differences in weighting. The second topic: adopting ranks in the balancing. The third topic: the commitment of reasoning in preference. The fourth topic: the correlation between the rhyme and the meanings that are related to it. The conclusion which contained several findings, the most important of which are: the accuracy of “al-Rummāni’s” consideration and its good division in the foundations of his comparisons, which he adopted for balancing, as we have seen him laying the foundation, and inserting precise ascending ranks under it, as is evident in his rulings on the linguistic differences of the words, the ranks of eloquence of meanings, and the conformity of his evidence that he cited for his rulings that he made, which proves his reliance on the high eloquence in deriving his rulings and the foundations that he adopted for balancing and the eloquence of the superiority of the miracles of the eloquence of the Noble Qur’an over the rest of eloquences, and his commitment to codified words that express the rulings he makes in all the chapters.
