|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور قدرات مؤسسات التمويل الأصغر في رفع فعالية مشروعات التمويل الأصغر ومدى مساهمتها في عملية التنمية بالولاية، وتمثلت إشكالية البحث قصور الدور الذي تلعبه قدرات مؤسسات التمويل الأصغر في تحقيق فعالية مشروعات التمويل الأصغر، تمثل مجتمع البحث في كافة مؤسسات التمويل الأصغر ولاية شرق دارفور. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واختبر فرضية رئيسية مفادها: هناك دور لقدرات مؤسسات التمويل التمويل الأصغر في تحقيق التنمية. توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج المهمة منها كلما تمتعت مؤسسات التمويل بقدرات مالية ساهمت في رفع فعالية المشروعات التي تمولها.
|b The study aimed to identify the role of the capabilities of microfinance institutions in raising the effectiveness of microfinance projects and the extent of their contribution to the development process in the state, the problem of the study was the lack of role played by the capabilities of microfinance institutions in achieving the effectiveness of microfinance projects, the study population in all microfinance institutions represents the state of East Darfur. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach and tested a main hypothesis: There is a role for the capabilities of microfinance institutions in achieving development. The study reached a number of important results; including the more financing institutions have financial capabilities that contribute to raising the effectiveness of the projects they fund.
