|a الاستقرار بكل أبعاده الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية مؤشر على نجاح النظام السياسي وضرورة من ضرورات العيش الكريم لماله من آثار إيجابية على نمو وتطور الأفراد والمجتمعات والدول، ولأنه لا يمكن لمجتمع ما أن يحقق أي تنمية اقتصادية أو تعليمية أو ثقافية أو سياسية في غياب الاستقرار السياسي كما يشكل بعدا أساسيا في توفير حياة كريمة للأفراد وجعل الشخص أكثر قدرة على المشاركة واتخاذ القرار في المجتمع، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة على تساؤلاتها اعتمدت الباحثة على منهج دراسة الحالة، واستخدمت دليل المقابلة المتعمق كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات الميدانية، وتم التطبيق على عينة عمديه بلغ عددها (٤٠) مفردة من مثقفي محافظة الإسماعيلية (أساتذة جامعة، إعلاميين، أعضاء أحزاب سياسية، وبعض من أدباء قصر الثقافة). وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج لعل أهمها أن المبحوثين بنسبة (95%) يرون أن المشاركة السياسية أحد المعايير الإيجابية للحكم على النظام السياسي بالاستقرار، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المبحوثين بنسبة (92.5%) يرون أن التداول السلمي للسلطة له دور في تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي.
|b Stability in all its economic, social and political dimensions is an indication of the success of the political system and a necessity of decent living because of its positive effects on the growth and development of individuals, societies and countries, and because a society cannot achieve any economic, educational, cultural or political development in the absence of political stability is an essential dimension in providing a decent life for individuals and making a person more able to participate and make decisions in society, To achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, The researcher relied on the case study approach, and used the in-depth interview guide, and observation as a basic tools for collecting field data. It was applied to a deliberate sample of (40) individuals from the intellectuals of the Ismailia Governorate (academic professors, media professionals, members of political parties, some workers in the field of literature in the palace of culture). The research reached several results , perhaps the most important of which is that respondents (95%) believe that political participation is one of the positive criteria for judging the political system for stability, The study also found that respondents (92.5%) believe that the peaceful transfer of power has a role in achieving political stability.
