|a يتناول هذا البحث مسألة أثر طاعة ولي الأمر في استقرار الأمن المجتمعي ومنهج أهل السنة والجماعة في ذلك. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: بيان الأدلة ووضوحها التي تربط بين طاعة ولي الأمر والأمن المجتمعي، الازدهار في المجتمعات الإسلامية لا يكون إلا بوجود الأمن والبيئة المناسبة في ذلك، كما بينت منهج الفرق المخالفة لأهل السنة في مسألة طاعة ولاة الأمر وحرصهم على الإخلال بالأمن وتفرق جماعة المسلمين مما يؤدي إلى ضعف المجتمع الإسلامي، أن الأمن المجتمعي السبب الرئيسي في ازدهار وتطور المجتمعات. وأن طاعة ولي الأمر في المنشط والمكره عامل أكبر في الأمن المجتمعي. والمقارنة بين الفرق المخالفة لأهل السنة نجد وحدة الصف وعدم الفرقة واضحة في المجتمعات المتمسكة بالعقيدة الصحيحة. واختلاف العقائد سبب الفرقة في المجتمع لذلك لا يستقيم الأمن المجتمعي إلا باتباع العقيدة الصحيحة. وأن الأمن المجتمعي السبب الرئيسي في ازدهار وتطور المجتمعات، وأن طاعة ولي الأمر في المنشط والمكره عامل أكبر في الأمن المجتمعي، والمقارنة بين الفرق المخالفة لأهل السنة نجد وحدة الصف وعدم الفرقة واضحة في المجتمعات المتمسكة بالعقيدة الصحيحة، واختلاف العقائد سبب الفرقة في المجتمع لذلك لا يستقيم الأمن المجتمعي إلا باتباع العقيدة الصحيحة.
|b This study discuses the impact of obeying the ruler in achieving social security as it the path of ahl as.sunnah wa I.jamaah" the people of the Sunnah and the community ". The study revealed that: There are strong ties relating obeying the ruler to the social security as many evidence prove. Prosperity in Islamic communities cannot be achieved unless we achieve security and the proper conditions for it. Anti.sunnah movement calls for disobedience; what distort social security, separate people and weakens the whole community. It also showed the approach of the sects opposing the Sunnis in the issue of obedience to the rulers and their eagerness to disturb security and disperse the Muslim community, which leads to the weakness of the Islamic community, that societal security is the main reason for the prosperity and development of societies. And that obedience to the ruler in stimuli and compulsion is a greater factor in community security. Comparing the sects that oppose Ahl al.Sunnah, we find the unity of ranks and lack of sectarianism clear in societies that adhere to the correct belief. The difference in beliefs is the cause of disunity in society, so community security can only be established by following the correct belief.
