| 520 | |b This study aimed to examine the impact of management style on the level of social responsibility achieved on public hospitals in Naâma (Algeria). The SPSS program was used to study the variables and test the validity of the hypothesis. The results showed that the hospitals in the study sample have an average to advanced level of social responsibility. On the other hand, it was found that there is a statistically significant relationship between the management style and the level of social responsibility achieved and that the participatory management style is the one that reaches the highest level of social responsibility. | ||
