|a سوف نتكلم في بحثنا هذا عن المهام التي يقوم بها المفتشون من خلال فرق التفتيش التي تقوم وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية في إيجادها لغرض الرقابة على المنشآت الصناعية وآلية عمل هذه اللجان والطرق التي يقومون بها بالتفتيش والإجراءات التي تنفذها هذه الفرق عند قيامها بالتفتيش والصلاحيات التي تتمتع بها فرق التفتيش عند قيامها بالمهام الموكلة إليها من قبل وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية وفق قانون العمل العراقي (71 لسنة 1987)، وفق قانون العمل العراقي النافذ المرقم (37 لسنة 2015)، وكذلك القوانين العربية المقارنة بخصوص آلية وإجراءات التفتيش حيث ما لأهمية لجان تفتيش العمل من حيث مراقبة تطبيق قانون العمل والحفاظ على سلامة العاملين وكذلك الحفاظ على حقوق العمال من الانتهاكات التي يقوم بها أصحاب العمل واستغلالهم إلى العاملين من حيث زيادة ساعات العمل أو من حيث الأجور الممنوحة لهم أو من حيث بيئة العمل المناسبة أو من حيث الحفاظ على البيئة من خلال استخدام مواد مضرة بالصحة العامة أو مضرة بالبيئة وخوفا من انتشار الأوبئة والأمراض من خلال استخدام هذه الموارد والتي تهدد الصحة العامة.
