المستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الأطراف التعويضية من منظور الفقه الإسلامي، ولقد اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستنباطي، والاستقرائي المقارن، فعرفت الأطراف التعويضية، ثم عرفت الأطراف التعويضية باعتبار مفرديه، ثم عرفت الأطراف التعويضية باعتباره مصطلحا مركبا، ثم تناولت نشأة الأطراف التعويضية، وتطورها، وأهميتها، وأنواعها، وكيف تعمل، ثم تطرقت إلى مميزات وعيوب الأطراف التعويضية، والحكم الشرعي لتركيب الأطراف التعويضية، فذكرت الحكم الشرعي لوضوء الأطراف التعويضية، سواء بقى جزء من العضو (كمن قطعت يده من دون المرفق)، أو أن يقطع العضو كاملا المفروض في الوضوء، وتناولت الحكم الشرعي للصلاة مع الأطراف التعويضية، ثم تطرقت إلى حكم الصلاة بالحذاء مع القدم الصناعية، وحكم القدم الصناعية على ركن القيام في الصلاة، وحكم الأطراف التعويضية على الركوع والسجود في الصلاة، وتناولت الحكم الشرعي للزكاة مع الأطراف التعويضية، فذكرت حكم اتخاذ أطراف صناعية من ذهب أو فضة، وحكم الزكاة على الأطراف التعويضية، وتناولت الحكم الشرعي للحج مع الأطراف التعويضية ثم أنهيت الدراسة بخاتمة، ثم ذيلت ذلك بالفهارس فهرس المصادر والمراجع والموضوعات.

This study dealt with the topic of prosthetic limbs from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, and I followed in this research the deductive and inductive comparative approach, so I defined the prosthetic limbs, then defined the prosthetic limbs as singular, then defined the prosthetic limbs as a compound term, then dealt with the origins of the prosthetic limbs, their development, and their importance , and their types, and how they work, and then touched on the advantages and disadvantages of the prosthetic limbs, and the legal ruling for the installation of the prosthetic limbs, so I mentioned the legal ruling for the ablution of the prosthetic limbs, whether part of the member remains (such as someone whose hand was cut off without the elbow), or that the entire member is cut off that is required in ablution, It dealt with the legal ruling on prayer with prosthetic limbs, then dealt with the ruling on praying with shoes with the prosthetic foot, the ruling on the prosthetic foot on the pillar of standing in prayer, the ruling on prosthetic limbs on bowing and prostration in prayer, and the legal ruling on zakat with the prosthetic limbs, so I mentioned the ruling on taking prosthetic limbs from gold or silver, and the ruling of zakat on the compensatory parties, and dealt with the legal ruling on Hajj with the compensating parties, then I finished the study with a conclusion, then I appended that with indexes, an index of sources, references, and the subject.
