الإبداع أسلوب من أساليب التفكير الموجه والهادف، يسعى الفرد من خلاله لاكتشاف علاقات جديدة أو يصل إلى حلول جديدة لمشكلاته، أو يخترع أو يبتكر مناهج جديدة أو طرقاً جديدة أو أجهزة جديدة أو ينتج صورا فنية جميلة. وسعت المرأة السعودية جاهدة على تطوير دخلها من خلال الخوض في مجال الاستثمارات والمشاريع الصغيرة، وأولت المملكة اهتمامها برائدات الأعمال وأتاحت الفرصة للمرأة لتطبيق أفكارها ومشاريعها على أرض الواقع، وكذلك دعم الإبداع والابتكار لديها من خلال قياسها بالأعمال التي تفضلها ليتحول عملها إلى إبداع منتج ومثمر. وتزايد الاهتمام في الفترة الأخيرة بموضوع إدارة المشاريع الصغيرة، حيث أصبح من الموضوعات الأساسية التي تدرب في المعاهد والجامعات اليوم. أهداف البحث: هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن أثر المهارات التفكير الإبداعي للمرأة السعودية وعلاقتها بالمشروعات الصغيرة، وذلك من خلال: ١-إيجاد الفروق بين أفراد العينة في مهارات التفكير الإبداعي وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة. ٢-إيجاد الفروق بين أفراد العينة في المشروعات الصغيرة وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة. ٣-التعرف على العلاقة بين مهارات التفكير الإبداعي والقدرة على إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة. ٤-الكشف عن أكثر المتغيرات تأثيرا على مهارات التفكير الإبداعي في عينة الدراسة. ٥-الكشف عن أكثر المتغيرات تأثيرا على إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة في عينة الدراسة توصل البحث إلى: ١-وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين محاور استبانة مهارات التفكير الإبداعي ومحاور استبانة المشروعات الصغيرة. 2-وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في استبانة مهارات التفكير الإبداعي تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. ٣-وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في استبانة المشروعات الصغيرة تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. 4-اختلاف نسبة مشاركة العوامل المؤثرة على مهارات التفكير الإبداعي. ٥-اختلاف نسبة مشاركة العوامل المؤثرة على إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة. وأوصى البحث بــ: ١-التركيز على أهمية تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى المرأة السعودية للقدرة على توليد الأفكار الهادفة لتحقق المنفعة للفرد والمجتمع. ٢-تطوير طاقات المرأة السعودية والاستفادة من مستويات الابتكار في رفع النمو الاقتصادي من خلال الاهتمام بالأفكار الابتكارية في العديد من الاختصاصات التي تتطلبها التنمية الشاملة في مجتمعنا. ٣-تسليط الضوء على إسهامات المشروعات الصغيرة في تنمية وتطوير الاقتصاد الوطني بالأفكار الابتكارية لأصحابها فهم يمثلون قيمة اقتصادية كبيرة ٤-ضرورة دعم الدولة للمشروعات الصغيرة والتي أصبحت اليوم تشكل قوة اقتصادية كبيرة.
Creativity is a method of directed and purposeful thinking, through which the individual seeks to discover unique relationships, reach new solutions to his problems, invent or invent new approaches, new methods, new devices, or produce beautiful artistic images. Saudi women have endeavored to develop their income by delving into the field of investments and small projects, and the Kingdom has paid attention to female entrepreneurs and provided the opportunity for women to implement their ideas and projects on the ground, as well as support their creativity and innovation by measuring them with the works they prefer to turn their work into productive and fruitful creativity. In the recent period, interest has increased in the issue of managing small projects, as it has become one of the main topics that are trained in institutes and universities today. Research aims: The aim of the research is to reveal the impact of the creative thinking skills of Saudi women and their relationship to small projects, through: 1- Finding differences among the sample members in creative thinking skills according to the study variables. 2- Finding differences between sample members in small projects according to the study variables. 3- Recognizing the relationship between creative thinking skills and the ability to manage small projects. 4- Determining the participation rate of factors affecting creative thinking skills. 5- Determining the participation rate of the factors affecting the management of small projects. The search found: 1. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members in creative thinking skills according to the study variables. 2. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members in the small projects according to the study variables. 3. There is a correlation between the creative thinking skills questionnaire and the small projects questionnaire. 4. The difference in the participation rate of factors affecting creative thinking skills. 5. The difference in the participation rate of the factors affecting the management of small projects. I recommend searching for: 1. Focusing on the importance of developing creative thinking skills for Saudi women to be able to generate ideas aimed at achieving benefit for the individual and society. 2. Develop the energies of Saudi women and benefit from the levels of innovation in raising economic growth by paying attention to innovative ideas in many disciplines required by comprehensive development in our society. 3. Shedding light on the contributions of small projects to the development of the national economy through the innovative ideas of their owners, as they represent a great economic value. 4. The need for state support for small projects, which today constitute a major economic force.
