المستخلص: هدف البحث تعرف واقع ومعوقات ومتطلبات تطبيق القيادة الابتكارية لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية في مكتب تعليم بللحمر، ووضع توصيات لتطوير التطبيق، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة كأداة للبحث؛ حيث طبقت على عينة بلغت (١٥) مفردة من مديري المدارس الابتدائية في مكتب تعليم بللحمر؛ وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: أفادت استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول واقع تطبيق القيادة الابتكارية لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية في مكتب تعليم بللحمر جاءت بدرجة موافقة غير موافق"؛ حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (2.40)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (1.13)؛ وأفادت استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول معوقات تطبيق القيادة الابتكارية لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية في مكتب تعليم بللحمر جاءت بدرجة موافقة موافق"؛ حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.42)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (1.13)؛ وأفادت استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول متطلبات تطبيق القيادة الابتكارية لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية في مكتب تعليم بللحمر جاءت بدرجة موافقة "موافق"؛ حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.93)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (0.89)؛ وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول واقع ومعوقات ومتطلبات تطبيق القيادة الابتكارية لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية في مكتب تعليم بللحمر تعزى لمتغير الجنس، والعمر، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث يمكن وضع عدد من التوصيات، ومنها: تشجيع المعلمين على استخدام الأساليب الابتكارية داخل فصولهم الدراسية من خلال استخدام وسائل تعليمية مبتكرة في شرح المقررات الدراسية والتي تؤدى لابتكار الطلاب. تقديم الحوافز والمكافآت للمتميزين من المعلمين والطلاب على مستوى المدارس في تطبيق وسائل الابتكارية الحديثة في عملية التدريس والتقويم. ويمكن وضع عدد من المقترحات، ومنها: دراسة بعنوان التخطيط لتحقيق أبعاد القيادة الابتكارية للقيادات الأكاديمية بالجامعات السعودية، ودارسة بعنوان الاحتياجات التدريبية للمعلمين والمعلمات والطلبة والإداريين بالمدارس الثانوية لتطبيق أبعاد القيادة الابتكارية.

The aim of the research was to develop a number of recommendations to develop the requirements for the application of innovative leadership among primary school principals in the Belhamer Education Office. The research used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for research; Where it was applied to a sample of (15) individual principals of primary schools in the Belhamer Education Office; The research reached several results, including: the responses of the research sample members about the reality of the application of innovative leadership among primary school principals in the Belhamer Education Office came with a degree of “neutral” approval; Where the arithmetic mean was (2.40), and the standard deviation was (1.13); The responses of the research sample members about the obstacles to the application of innovative leadership among primary school principals in the Belhamer Education Office came with an approval degree of 'agree'; Where the arithmetic mean was (3.42), and the standard deviation was (1.13); The responses of the research sample members about the requirements for implementing innovative leadership among primary school principals in the Belhamer Education Office came with a degree of approval of 'agree'; Where the arithmetic mean was (3.93), and the standard deviation was (0.89); And the absence of statistically significant differences between the responses of the research sample members about the reality, obstacles and requirements for applying innovative leadership among primary school principals in the Belhamer Education Office due to the variables of gender, age, educational qualification, and years of experience. In light of the findings of the research, a number of recommendations can be made, including: establishing technological environment units within schools in terms of whether all students can access technology with high efficiency, and providing incentives and rewards for distinguished teachers and students at the school level in applying modern innovative means in the process of Teaching and assessment, providing an administrative body that provides technical services to students and teachers, and maintaining equipment and tools necessary to implement innovative leadership in public education schools. In light of the findings of the research, a number of proposals can be developed, including: a study entitled Planning to achieve dimensions of innovative leadership for academic leaders in Saudi universities, and a study entitled training needs for male and female teachers, students and administrators in secondary schools to apply the dimensions of innovative leadership.
