هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة المشرفات التربويات لنمط القيادة 360 درجة، وإلى اقتراح أساليب ووسائل معينة لتطبيقه. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، لمناسبته للموضوع والهدف من هذه الدراسة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عينة عشوائية بسيطة من المشرفات التربويات بمدينة الزلفي لمبادئ القيادة ب 360 درجة وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 65 مشرفة تربوية. أبرز نتائج الدراسة: أن الفقرة في المحور الأول والتي نصها "أعرف كيف أنجز الأعمال حتى في غياب القيادة الأعلى" حصلت على المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي قدره (4.68) ووزن نسبي قدره (93.6%)، وأن الفقرة التي نصها "أستعد جيدا لمقابلة القيادة الأعلى (أتجنب الارتجال)" حصلت على المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي قدره (4.11) ووزن نسبي قدره (82.2%). أن الفقرة في المحور الثاني والتي نصها "أقدر واحترم زميلاتي في العمل" حصلت على المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي قدره (4.95) ووزن نسبي قدره (99%)، وأن الفقرة التي نصها "أقود زميلاتي لننجح معا" حصلت على المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي قدره (4.46) ووزن نسبي قدره (89.2%). -أن الفقرة في المحور الثالث والتي نصها "أهتم بالموظفات اللاتي أشرف عليهن" والفقرة التي نصها "أسعى لتوجيه من أشرف عليهن نحو تحقيق الرؤية والأهداف المنشودة في المنظمة" حصلتا على المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي قدره (4.85) ووزن نسبي قدره (97%)، وأن الفقرة التي نصها "استخدم أساليب متنوعة لمكافأة النتائج" حصلت على المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي قدره (4.49) ووزن نسبي قدره (89.8%). -أن الفقرة في المحور الرابع والتي نصها "أمد يد العون للأخرين" حصلت على المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي قدره (4.85) ووزن نسبي قدره (97%)، وأن الفقرة التي نصها "أدير وقتي بفاعلية" حصلت على المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي قدره (4.46) ووزن نسبي قدره (89.2%). لا يوجد فروقات ذات دلالات إحصائية في تطبيق القيادة 360 درجة من قبل المشرفات تعزى لمتغير (سنوات الخدمة- المؤهل التعليمي).
Title of the study: The reality of applying the 360-degree leadership principles by female educational Supervisors in Zulfi city from their point of view. The current study aims to identify the extent of the educational supervisors’ familiarity and knowledge of the 360-degree leadership pattern, to identify the degree to which female educational supervisors practice this pattern, and to suggest specific methods and means to implement this pattern. The study used the descriptive survey method, and the study sample was randomly distributed and consisted of female educational supervisors in the city of Zulfi, and the sample number was (65) female supervisors. The study reached to several results, the most important of which are: The paragraph in the first axis, that states “I know how to get things done even in the absence of a higher leadership” got the first rank with an average of (4.68) and a relative weight of (93.6%), and that the paragraph that states “I prepare well for an interview with the higher leadership (I avoid improvisation)” got the last rank with an arithmetic average of (4.11) and a relative weight of(82.2%). •The paragraph in the second axis, which states “I appreciate and respect my female colleagues” got the first rank with an average of (4.95) and a relative weight of (99%), and that the paragraph that states “I lead my female colleagues to succeed together” got the last rank with an average of (99%) (4.46) and a relative weight of (89.2%). he paragraph in the third axis, which states “I care about the female employees I supervise” and the paragraph that states “I seek to guide those who supervise them towards achieving the desired vision and goals in the organization” got the first rank with an arithmetic average of (4.85) and a relative weight of (97%), and that the paragraph that states "I use various methods to reward results" got the last rank with an average of (4.49) and a relative weight of (89.8%). That the paragraph in the fourth axis, which states “I help others” got the first rank with an average of (4.85) and a relative weight of (97%), and that the paragraph that states “I manage my time effectively” got the last rank with an average of (4.46) and a relative weight of (89.2%). There are no statistically significant differences in the 360-degree leadership application by supervisors due to the variable (years of service - educational qualification).
