المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى مخرجات برنامج الدراسات العليا بأقسام كلية التربية في جامعة أم القرى ودورها في تحقيق متطلبات سوق العمل من وجهة نظر الخريجات وجهة نظر الخريجات، وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة مكونة من محورين مستوى المخرجات، ودور المخرجات في تحقيق متطلبات سوق العمل، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (284) فرداً من خريجات الدراسات العليا بمرحلتي الماجستير والدكتوراه في أقسام الكلية المختلفة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى المخرجات التعليمية لبرنامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية كان متوسطاً، بينما تبين أن دور مخرجات البرنامج في تحقيق متطلبات سوق العمل كان منخفضاً من وجهة نظر الخريجات، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة في تقييم مستوى مخرجات برنامج الدراسات العليا وتحديد دور المخرجات في تحقيق متطلبات سوق العمل تعزى لاختلاف المستوى التعليمي لصالح خريجات الماجستير، وكذلك وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في تقييم مستوى المخرجات تعزى لاختلاف التخصص لصالح تخصص المناهج وطرق التدريس.

The study aimed to identify the level of outputs of the graduate program in the departments of the College of Education at um Al-Qura University and its role in achieving the requirements of the labor market from the point of view of graduates and the point of view of graduates. the study followed the descriptive approach, and the tool was a questionnaire consisting of two axes: the level of outputs, and the role of outputs in achieving the requirements of the labor market, and the study was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (284) individuals from graduate graduates at the master's and doctoral stages in the various departments of the college. The results of the study showed that the level of educational outputs of the graduate program at the College of Education was average. while it was found that the role of the program's outputs in achieving the requirements of the labor market was low from the point of view of the graduates, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the sample members in evaluating the level of outputs of the graduate program and determining the role of outputs in achieving the requirements of the labor market due to the difference in the educational level in favor of master's graduates, as well as the existence of statistically significant differences in evaluating the level of outputs Due to the difference in specialization in favor of the specialization of curricula and teaching methods.
