تلعب السياحة في البلاد الأقل نموا دورها في الاقتصاد القومي وتحسن الخدمات، وحل مشكلة البطالة، وإعطاء الدفعات الاقتصادية بنمو الناتج القومي، وجلب العملات الصعبة، وتنمو السياحة بسرعة داخل النشاط أو القطاع الثالث Tertiary Sector في عديد من دول العالم النامية. السودان من ضمن تلك البلدان النامية التي تفتقر إلى هذا الجانب، وتعاني من ارتفاع معدلات الكثافة السكانية على حساب استثمار الموارد المتاحة، في الوقت الذي يعاني فيه اقتصادها من التدهور بفعل الحروب والصراعات العرقية والسياسية وتفشي الفساد بأنواعه المختلفة، لذلك هناك ضعف في اقتصاد الخدمات Service Economy وقطاع السياحة من ضمنه، ويعول السودان على السياحة في إصلاح اقتصاده عبر استثمار موارده. وتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم السياحة في القالب الإرشادي في كيفية تصميم الرحلات السياحية والتخطيط لها، باعتبارها من الموضوعات المهتمة بتطوير وتنمية الموارد السياحية واستثمارها، ويؤخذ على كتب السياحة والترفيه المتاحة حاليا أنها تركز على أحد الجوانب العلمية بصورة مغالية دون التعرض للأخرى، والحقيقة أن الكتابة في ميدان السياحة محفوفة بصعوبات جمة، نتيجة لاتصال موضوعاتها بالعديد من فروع العلوم من ناحية وبالكثير من العلوم الأصولية من ناحية أخرى، لذلك الكتابة في الاقتصاد السياحي تحتاج إلى تحقيق من نوع خاص، والخط الرئيس لهذا البحث هو توضيح علاقة السياحة بجوانب متعددة من العلوم بفروعه المختلفة، وإظهار الفلسفة الاستثمارية للسياحة في السودان ونرى أن يتم تناول السياحة وخدمات الإرشاد وتصميم الرحلات في السودان من منظور الموارد ونوعية السياحة الملائمة، ونرجو أن تضيف هذه الدراسة إلى المعرفة السياحية والمكتبة السودانية بصفة خاصة الموضوعات التي تعين في تطويع الرحلات، وتوضيح إمكانية وكيفية استغلالها بالصورة المثلى دعما للاقتصاد القومي وتحقيقا لرفاهية المجتمع.. وفي هذا المنطلق فإننا نقدم عرضا لبعض الجوانب النظرية والتطبيقية المتعددة للسياحة وتصميم الرحلات السياحية، والحقيقة أن الكتابة في ميدان السياحة من المنظور الاقتصادي نجدها محفوفة بصعوبات متعددة من ناحية، وبالكثير من العلوم الأصولية من ناحية أخرى، لذا كان الخط الرئيس لهذه الدراسة هو تدقيق المفاهيم السياحية وتوضيح أبعادها الاقتصادية وأهم العناصر المرتبطة بها حتى يمكن الاستفادة منها عند تحليل المعلومات السياحية بالصورة المثلى وكيفية تقديم خدمات الإرشاد السياحي.
Tourism in the least developed countries plays its role in the national economy, improving services, solving the problem of unemployment, giving economic impetus through the growth of the national product, bringing hard currency, and tourism is growing rapidly within the activity or the tertiary sector in many developing countries of the world. Sudan is among those developing countries that lack this aspect, and suffers from high population density rates at the expense of investing available resources, at a time when its economy suffers from deterioration due to wars, ethnic and political conflicts, and the spread of corruption of all kinds, so there is a weakness in the service economy The tourism sector is included, and Sudan relies on tourism to reform its economy by investing its resources. This study seeks to present tourism in the guiding template on how to design and plan tourism trips, as it is one of the topics concerned with the development and development of tourism resources and their investment. The field of tourism is fraught with great difficulties, as a result of the connection of its topics with many branches of science on the one hand and with a lot of fundamental sciences on the other hand, so writing in the tourism economy needs an investigation of a special kind, and the main line of this research is to clarify the relationship of tourism with multiple aspects of science in its various branches, And to show the investment philosophy of tourism in Sudan. We believe that tourism, guidance services and the design of trips in Sudan should be dealt with from the perspective of resources and the appropriate quality of tourism, provided that this is preceded by a presentation of the tourism potential in Sudan so that it can be better utilized when analyzing tourism data, and we hope that this study will add to tourism knowledge and the Sudanese library in particular Topics to be used in adapting trips, and clarifying the possibility and how to make the best use of them in support of the economy and the welfare of society.. Therefore, tourism was affected by scientific and technical progress, which has become a feature of our time, which led to its widening and multiplicity of aspects and increasing its importance until it was called (the promising industry for the twenty-first century) due to the prominent role it plays today in supporting and revitalizing the economies of many countries that have tended towards interest in work. tourism, employing all its available capabilities in order to achieve this, which ignited competition between them and made adherence to the rules, foundations, theories and modern scientific standards in the study and practice of tourism activity, and made them inevitable imposed by the reality of competition and keeping up. In this sense, we offer a presentation of some of the various theoretical and applied aspects of tourism and the design of tourist trips, and the fact that writing in the field of tourism from an economic perspective we find fraught with multiple difficulties on the one hand, and with a lot of fundamental sciences on the other hand, so the main line of this study is to scrutinize tourism concepts And clarifying its economic dimensions and the most important elements associated with it so that it can be used when analyzing tourist information in the best way and how to provide tourist guidance services.
