|a الأقسام الرئيسية للبحث: اشتمل البحث على مقدمة وتمهيد، ومبحثين وخاتمة. أهمية البحث: تكمن أهمية البحث في تعلق دلالة الصدود والامتناع في الجمل الإنشائية بصيغتي الأمر والنهي في القرآن الكريم الذي هو ذروة البلاغة وقمة البيان والفصاحة، كما أن تنوع المقامات التي وردت خلالها تلك الآيات المرتبطة بها دلالة الصدود والامتناع في الجمل الإنشائية بصيغتي الأمر والنهي. أهداف البحث: هدف البحث إلى دراسة السياقات القرآنية المتعلقة بصيغتي الأمر والنهي دراسة بلاغية لنيل شرف الدراسات المتعلقة بالجانب القرآني، وخدمة الباحثين وإثراء المكتبة العلمية بمادة علمية جديدة. منهج البحث: أعتمد هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك بجمع آيات الصدود، والإعراض بصيغتي الأمر والنهي، ثم وصف أوجه دلالتها على معنى الصد، والإعراض، ثم تحليلها تحليلا بلاغيا يكشف ما فيها من بلاغة المعاني، والبيان، والبديع. أبرز نتائج البحث: كثرت وغزارة الآيات الدالة على الصدود والامتناع في الجمل الإنشائية في القرآن الكريم بصيغتي الأمر والنهي سواء بالمفهوم، أو بألفاظ صريحة. تنوع صور الصد، والامتناع في الآية الواحدة فتجدها دالة على الصد القلبي، ودالة على الصد الفعلي، ودالة على الصد القولي. ظهور بلاغة الاعتراض، والتذييل، والالتفات بوضوح في آيات الصدود، والارتباط الوثيق بين آيات الصد، والامتناع بقصص الأنبياء، ومواقف أقوامهم من دعوتهم.

The importance of the research: The importance of the research lies in the connection of the significance of repulsion and abstention in the constructive sentences in the two forms of command and prohibition in the Holy Qur’an, which is the pinnacle of eloquence and the pinnacle of statement and eloquence. Research Objectives: The research aimed to study the Qur'anic contexts related to the title Rhetorical Study to gain the honor of studies related to the Qur'anic aspect, to serve researchers and to enrich the scientific library with new scientific material. The most prominent results of the research: The abundance of the verses indicating resistance and abstention in the constructive sentences in the Holy Qur’an in the two forms of command and prohibition, whether in the concept, or in explicit words.
