هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيسي الآتي: ما درجة فعالية اختيار مديري المدارس وفقا لأسس وزارة التربية والتعليم الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة القدس؟ وكما سعت لفحص صحة الفرضيات التالية: -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير عينة الدراسة للمعايير التي تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار عند اختيار مديري المدارس الحكومية في القدس تعزى لمتغير الجنس. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير عينة الدراسة للمعايير التي تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار عند اختيار مديري المدارس الحكومية في القدس تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير عينة الدراسة للمعايير التي تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار عند اختيار مديري المدارس الحكومية في القدس تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة، وقامت باستخدام استبانة دراسة (زقوت، نبيل عبد الله، 2007)، وتم التأكد من صدقها من خلال عرضها على محكمين، وبلغ معامل ثباتها (0.98). وتم توزيع الاستبانة على (200) معلم من المدارس الحكومية، ولمعالجة البيانات تم استخدام الرزم الإحصائية SPSS. وكان من أبرز نتائجها: - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير عينة الدراسة للمعايير التي تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار عند اختيار مديري المدارس الحكومية في القدس تعزى لمتغير الجنس، لصالح الذكور. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير عينة الدراسة للمعايير التي تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار عند اختيار مديري المدارس الحكومية في القدس تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، لصالح ذوي سنوات الخبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير عينة الدراسة للمعايير التي تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار عند اختيار مديري المدارس الحكومية في القدس تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، لصالح ذوي درجة الدكتوراة.
The degree of effectiveness of the selection of school principals according to the principles of the Palestinian Ministry of Education from the point of view of teachers in Jerusalem Governorate. This study aimed to answer the following main question: What is the degree of effectiveness of the selection of school principals according to the principles of the Palestinian Ministry of Education from the point of view of teachers in Jerusalem Governorate? It also sought to test the validity of the following hypotheses: -There are no statistically significant differences in the study sample's assessment of the criteria that are taken into consideration when selecting public school principals in Jerusalem due to the gender variable. -There are no statistically significant differences in the study sample's assessment of the criteria that are taken into account when selecting public school principals in Jerusalem due to the variable of years of experience. -There are no statistically significant differences in the study sample's assessment of the criteria that are taken into account when selecting public school principals in Jerusalem due to the educational qualification variable. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach in this study, and she used a study questionnaire (Zaqout, Nabil Abdullah, 2007), and its validity was confirmed by presenting it to two arbitrators. Its stability coefficient was (0.98). The questionnaire was distributed to (200) teachers from public schools, and SPSS statistical packages were used to process the data. Among its most prominent results were: - There are statistically significant differences in the study sample's assessment of the criteria that are taken into account when selecting public school principals in Jerusalem due to the gender variable, in favor of males. - There are statistically significant differences in the study sample's assessment of the criteria that are taken into consideration when choosing principals of public schools in Jerusalem due to the variable of years of experience, in favor of those with more than 10 years of experience. There are no statistically significant differences in the study sample's assessment of the criteria that are taken into account when selecting public school principals in Jerusalem due to the educational qualification variable, in favor of those with a doctorate degree.
