|a هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على تحديات إنتاج المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء المتغيرات العالمية المعاصرة من خلال استبانة تم توزيعها على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السعودية بلغ عددهم (٤٠٨) من مختلف التخصصات، وأفاد أفراد العينة أن إنتاج المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية يواجه تحديات كبيرة داخلية وخارجية، ويأتي في مقدمة التحديات الداخلية التحديات المتعلقة بالسياسات الداعمة للبحث العلمي في الجامعات السعودية، وتحديات التعليم والتدريب للموارد البشرية المنتجة للمعرفة، وتحديات انخفاض الطلب على المعرفة وتعطيل الاستثمار فيها، وكذلك تحديات ثقافية تتعلق بالوعي المجتمعي بقيمة المعرفة ودورها في المجتمع، بالإضافة لتحديات تتعلق بانخفاض معدل الإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السعودية والتسهيلات الممنوحة لهم، وأيضا تحديات القدرة على تجاوز تقليدية المعرفة والحاجة لتطوير السياسات الداعمة للإبداع والابتكار في جميع مجالات المعرفة، يضاف إلى ذلك تحديات تطوير إدارة إنتاج المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية، وتحديات تتعلق بضمان جودة التعليم في الجامعات السعودية، وأخيرا التحديات المتعلقة بتوظيف تقنيات الاتصال والمعلومات والإدارة الإلكترونية لعمليات إنتاج المعرفة، بينما تمثلت أهم التحديات الخارجية بتحديات العولمة وتدفق المعلومات، والتحديات المتعلقة بالتنافس الدولي والقدرة على المشاركة العالمية في مجالات إنتاج المعرفة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اعتماد رؤية ورسالة جديدة للجامعات السعودية كمؤسسات منتجة للمعرفة، وتطوير سياسات البحث العلمي في ضوء المعايير العالمية والتوجهات الوطنية وتفعيل دور القطاع الخاص كمستثمر للمعرفة وممول لها، واعتماد استراتيجية جديدة ومتطورة لتدريب الكفاءات البشرية المنتجة للمعرفة، وتفعيل الشراكات العلمية العالمية مع الجامعات المتميزة والاستفادة من خبراتها في دعم وتطوير إنتاج المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية.
|b This study aimed to identify the challenges of knowledge production in Saudi universities in the light of contemporary global changes through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of (408) faculty members in Saudi universities from various disciplines. The sample members reported that knowledge production in Saudi universities faces great challenges. internal and external. Universities faces great internal and external challenges, and comes at the forefront of the internal challenges are the challenges related to policies supporting scientific research in Saudi universities, the challenges of education and training for knowledge-producing human resources, the challenges of low demand for knowledge and the disruption of investment in it, as well as cultural challenges related to community awareness of the value of knowledge and its role in society, In addition to challenges related to the low rate of scientific productivity of faculty members in Saudi universities and the facilities granted to them, as well as the challenges of being able to overcome traditional knowledge and the need to develop policies that support creativity and innovation in all fields of knowledge, in addition to the challenges of developing knowledge production management in Saudi universities, And challenges related to ensuring the quality of education in Saudi universities, and finally the challenges related to the employment of communication and information technologies and electronic management of knowledge production processes, while the most important external challenges were the challenges of globalization and the flow of information, and the challenges related to international competition and the ability to participate globally in the fields of knowledge production, The study recommended the necessity of adopting a new vision and mission for Saudi universities as knowledge-producing institutions, developing scientific research policies in the light of international standards and national trends, activating the role of the private sector as an investor and financier of knowledge, adopting a new and advanced strategy for training knowledge-producing human competencies, activating global scientific partnerships with distinguished universities and benefiting Among its experiences in supporting and developing knowledge production in Saudi universities.
