المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على علاقة الإبداع الإداري بالثقافة التنظيمية لدى قائدات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة بيشة من وجهة نظر المعلمات، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات من عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في عينة عشوائية قدرها (٣٥٧) من المعلمات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها أن مهارات الإبداع الإداري لدى قائدات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمات متوفرة بدرجة متوسطة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (٢,٧٠) وانحراف معياري (0.٨٠٣)، وأن اكثر المهارات توافرا هي مهارة الأصالة بمتوسط الحسابي (٣,٨٧) وانحراف معياري (٠,٧٦٥)، أي متوفرة بدرجة كبيرة، تليها مهارة الحساسية للمشكلات بمتوسط حسابي (٣,٢٣) وانحراف معياري (0.٨٩١)، أي متوفرة بدرجة متوسطة، ثم مهارة المرونة بمتوسط حسابي (٢,٣٧) وانحراف معياري (٠,٧٨٤)، أي متوفرة بدرجة ضعيفة، ثم مهارة الطلاقة بمتوسط حسابي (٢,٠٣) وانحراف معياري (0.٧٣١)، أي متوفرة بدرجة ضعيفة، وأخيرا مهارة المخاطرة بمتوسط حسابي (١,٥٩) وبانحراف معياري (0.834)، أي متوفرة بدرجة ضعيفة جدا. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية لدى قائدات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمات متوفرة بدرجة متوسطة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (٢,٨٤) وبانحراف معياري (0.٨٤٠)، وأن أعلى الأبعاد تحققا هو بعد الأعراف بمتوسط الحسابي (٣,٧٨) وانحراف معياري (٠,٨٥٠)، أي متوفر بدرجة كبيرة، يليه بعد القيم بمتوسط حسابي (٢,٩١) وانحراف معياري (٠,٨٣٠)، أي متوفر بدرجة متوسطة، ثم بعد المعتقدات بمتوسط حسابي (٢,٨٦) وانحراف معياري (٠,٨٧٤)، أي متوفر بدرجة متوسطة، وأخيرا بعد التوقعات بمتوسط حسابي (١,٩٨) وبانحراف معياري (٠,٨١٢)، أي متوفر بدرجة ضعيفة. أيضا أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول تقديرهم لمحوري الإبداع الإداري والثقافة التنظيمية لدى قائدات المدارس وفقا لمتغير المؤهل، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة في العمل المدرسي، وهذه الفروق لصالح صاحبات سنوات الخبرة (١١ سنة فأكثر)، ووجود علاقة ارتباط طردية بين مهارات الإبداع الإداري والثقافة التنظيمية لدى قائدات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة بيشة.

The current study aimed to identify the relationship of administrative creativity with the organizational culture of secondary school leaders in Bisha Governorate from the point of view of female teachers. The study showed that the administrative creativity skills of secondary school leaders from the point of view of teachers are available in a medium degree; with an arithmetic mean of (2.70) and a standard deviation of (0.803), the most available skills are the skill of originality with an arithmetic mean of (3.87) and a standard deviation. (0.765), i.e. highly available, followed by the skill of sensitivity to problems with an arithmetic mean (3.23) and a standard deviation (0.891), i.e. available in a medium degree, then the flexibility skill with an arithmetic mean (2.37) and a standard deviation (0.765), i.e. poorly available. Skill Fluency with an arithmetic mean of (2.03) and a standard deviation of (0.731), that is, it is available to a weak degree, and finally the skill of risk with an arithmetic mean of (1.59) and a standard deviation of (0.834), that is, it is available to a very weak degree. In addition, the results showed that the dimensions of the organizational culture of secondary school leaders from the point of view of teachers are available in a medium degree, as the arithmetic mean (3.78) and standard deviation (0.850), and that the highest dimensions achieved is the dimension of norms with an arithmetic mean (3.87) and a standard deviation (0.765). It is highly available, followed by the values dimension with an arithmetic mean (2.91) and a standard deviation (0.830). it is moderately available. The beliefs dimension with an arithmetic mean (2.87) and a standard deviation (0.874), that is, it is moderately available, and finally the expectations dimension with an arithmetic mean (1.98) and a standard deviation (0.812), i.e. weakly available. Also, the results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences about their appreciation of the two axes of administrative creativity and organizational culture among school leaders according to the qualification variable, and there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of the number of years of experience in school work, and these differences were in favor of women with years of experience (11 years or more). In addition, the existence of a direct correlation between administrative creativity skills and organizational culture among secondary school leaders in Bisha Governorate.
