المستخلص: يعد موضوعي الفقر والتنمية من المواضيع التي تكتسب أهمية خاصة على الصعيدين العالمي والمحلى كونهما يرتبطان مع بعضهما. وتسهم طريقة تنظيم المجتمع في أحداث التغير المطلوب والموجه في الاتجاهات والسياسات والنظم لدفع المجتمع الإنساني نحو التقدم والرفاهية، كما أن الطريقة لديها من النماذج العلمية والاستراتيجيات مثل استراتيجية التمكين وباستخدام استراتيجية التمكين باعتبارها اكثر الاستراتيجيات الملائمة لتحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للبرامج المقدمة للفقراء وتسهم في إحداث التنمية وفقا لموجهات تمكين الفقراء اقتصاديا واجتماعيا من خلال تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة لضمان توفير عائد مادى ودخل ثابت يضمن مستوي معيشي كريم للأسر الفقيرة وللمجتمع ككل. وتعد المبادرات المجتمعية أحد الأشكال المستحدثة لهذا التنسيق والممارسات المجتمعية، وفي أطار الممارسات المجتمعية فإن التمكين يعد التزاما مهينا لمهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية، ولطريقة تنظيم المجتمع عبر تاريخها حيث تساعد طريقة تنظيم المجتمع في تدعيم وتمكين المحرومين والمستضعفين في إشباع احتياجاتهم وحل مشكلاتهم. وتسعي طريقة تنظيم المجتمع لتفعيل المبادرات المجتمعية من خلال الاهتمام بتنظيم سكان المجتمعات لخدمة أنفسهم، إذا أن الخبرات الميدانية أوضحت أن التغيير لا يأتي من الخارج وإنما يحقق التغيير أصحابه ومن يحتاجون إليه لذلك تركز طريقة تنظيم المجتمع حاليا على مساعدة سكان المجتمعات على تنظيم أنفسهم لاكتساب مزيد من القوة والقدرة على القيام بالتغيرات المنشودة معتمدين أساسا على أنفسهم ومبادراتهم المجتمعية لمواجهة مشكلاتهم.

The topics of poverty and development are among the topics that gain special importance at the global and local levels, as they are interlinked with each other. The method of organizing society contributes to bringing about the required and directed change in trends, policies and systems to push the human society towards progress and prosperity. The method also has scientific models and strategies such as the empowerment strategy and using the empowerment strategy as the most appropriate strategies to achieve social protection for programs provided to the poor and contribute to bringing about development according to the guidelines Empowering the poor economically and socially through financing small projects to ensure the provision of a material return and a stable income that guarantees a decent standard of living for poor families and society as a whole. Community initiatives are one of the developed forms of this coordination and community practices, and within the framework of community practices, empowerment is a humiliating commitment to the profession of social work, and to the method of organizing society throughout its history, where the method of community organization helps in strengthening and empowering the disadvantaged and vulnerable in satisfying their needs and solving their problems. The method of community organization seeks to activate community initiatives by paying attention to organizing the residents of the communities to serve themselves, as field experiences have shown that change does not come from outside, but rather brings change to its owners and those who need it. Strength and ability to make the desired changes relying mainly on themselves and their societal initiatives to face their problems.
