المستخلص: يسعى هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أبرز العوامل المؤثرة في تشكل المنطلقات الفكرية للمفكر الروسي ألكسندر دوغين والتي أفضت إلى ولادة نظريته حول الأوراسية والنظرية الرابعة. ويعتبر ألكسندر دوغين أبرز المنظرين الروس المعاصرين الذين أثروا في معتقدات النخبة السياسية الروسية المعاصرة. وتتمثل أهداف البحث في: ١) استعراض أبرز الملامح والسمات الفكرية لنظريات المفكر الروسي ألكسندر دوغين باعتباره أبرز المفكرين الروس المعاصرين. ٢)تسليط الضوء على العوامل المؤثرة في تشكل المنطلقات الفكرية الدوغينية. ٣)استعراض أبرز النظريات الجيوبوليتيكية وعلاقتها بالنظرية الرابعة. وتتمثل اهم التساؤلات البحثية في: ما هي العوامل التي أسهمت في تشكيل العقيدة الفكرية والأيديولوجية للمفكر الروسي ألكسندر دوغين؟ ما هي أسس وملامح المنطلقات الفكرية في الأوراسية والنظرية الرابعة؟ ما هو موقع النظرية الرابعة ضمن النظريات الجيوبوليتيكية الكبرى؟ يتبنى هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج البنيوي في وصف وتحليل العوامل البنيوية الداخلية والخارجية التي ساهمت في تشكل الدوغينية والتي تمثلت في النشأة، وخبرة العمل السياسي، والنظام الحاكم (البوتينية)، والنظريات الجيوبوليتيكية الغربية، وتنامي التنافس الجيوبوليتيكي الروسي-الأمريكي خلال حقبة الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين (2000-2022). اعتمد البحث في جمع المادة العلمية على المصادر الثانوية كالكتب والدراسات، بالإضافة إلى المصادر الأولية كالملاحظة الميدانية والمقابلات المفتوحة والتي جرت مع عدد من المختصين في الشأن الروسي خلال الفترة ما بين ٢-١٣ نوفمبر ٢٠٢٢ في مدينتي موسكو وبياتيقورسك في روسيا الفيدرالية. وتمثلت أبرز الاستنتاجات البحثية في: أولا: أن النظرية الرابعة هي نتاج لمشروع فكري استمر منذ العام ١٩٩٧ وقد تجلت آثاره بوضوح في النزاع الروسي- الأوكراني (2014-2022)، ثانيا: أسهم التنظير الغربي الجيوبوليتيكي في تعزيز الدوغينية وحتمية الصراع الروسي-الغربي، ثالثا: لعبت النشأة والنشاط السياسي للمفكر ألكسندر دوغين في تعزيز قناعاته اليمينية الجيوبوليتيكية.

This research seeks to identify the most important factors influencing the formation of the intellectual premises of the Russian thinker Alexander Dugin, which led to the birth of his theory of Eurasianism and the fourth theory. Alexander Dugin is considered the most prominent contemporary Russian theorist who influenced the beliefs of the contemporary Russian political elite. The objectives of the research are: 1) Reviewing the most prominent features of the theories of the Russian thinker Alexander Dugin as the most prominent contemporary Russian thinker. 2) Shedding light on the factors influencing the formation of dogmatic intellectual premises. 3) Review the most prominent geopolitical theories and their relationship to the fourth theory. The research questions are: What are the factors that contributed to the formation of the ideological belief of the Russian thinker Alexander Dugin? What are the features of intellectual premises in Eurasianism and the fourth theory? What is the location of the fourth theory within the major geopolitical theories? This research adopts the descriptive analytical approach and the structural approach in describing and analyzing the internal and external structural factors that contributed to the formation of dogmatism, which were represented in the emergence, the experience of political action, the ruling regime (Putinism), Western geopolitical theories, and the growing Russian-American geopolitical competition. In collecting scientific material, the research relied on secondary sources such as books and studies, in addition to primary sources, such as field observation and open interviews, which took place with a number of specialists in Russian affairs during the period between November 2-13, 2022 in the cities of Moscow and Pyatigorsk in the Russian Federation. The most prominent research conclusions are: First: The fourth theory is the product of an intellectual project that has been going on since 1997, and its effects were clearly evident in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict (2014-2022). The upbringing and political activity of the thinker Alexander Dugin played in strengthening his right-wing geopolitical convictions.
