المستخلص: يهدف بحث " الصحابية أم عطية الأنصارية -رضي الله عنها- ورحلتها إلى البصرة-الأثر والتأثير-" إلى إبراز دور المرأة العلمي في المجتمع المسلم، ومدى تأثيرها في الفقه والفتوى الشرعية، كما يهدف إلى بيان أثر الرحلة والانتقال بين الأمصار في نشر الحديث النبوي. وقد استخدمت الباحثة أسلوب دراسة الحالة كأحد أساليب المنهج الوصفي، وذلك بدراسة حالة أم عطية -رضي الله عنها- ورصد مروياتها، ورحلتها إلى البصرة. وجاءت نتائج الدراسة لتؤكد تفرد أم عطية -رضي الله عنها- برواية أحاديث عن النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- لم يشاركها في روايتها أحد من الصحابة. وقد استدل العلماء بأحاديثها في مسائل غسل الميت، والعيدين، وطهارة المرأة، والإحداد، واتباع الجنائز، وغيرها. وقامت الفتوى عليها عند الفقهاء في جميع المذاهب قديما وحديثا. كما كشف البحث عن أثر رحلة أم عطية -رضي الله عنها- في نشر الحديث النبوي؛ فبالرغم من أهمية الأحاديث التي روتها أم عطية إلا أنها لم تنتشر عنها إلا بعد رحلتها إلى البصرة، فكل الرواة عنها بصريون. ويؤكد البحث على دور المرأة العالمة في الإسلام، وعلى قبول رواية الراوي الفرد رجلا كان أو امرأة، وعلى أثر الرحلة في نشر الحديث النبوي. وجاءت التوصيات بضرورة قراءة تراجم الصحابيات، وتدريسها؛ لاستلهام الدروس منها، وتأكيد أهمية الرحلة في طلب العلم، والاستفادة مما تبذله الدولة -رعاها الله- في تشجيع الرحلة العلمية والابتعاث، لتلقي العلوم المفيدة، ونشرها، وإبراز دور الإسلام في تمكين المرأة العالمة، واستثمار ما لديها من علم وفكر في الرقي العلمي والحضاري.

The research "The Companion Umm ʿAṭiyyah Al-Ansariyya - may Allah be pleased with her - and her journey to Basra - Impact and influence -" aims to highlight the scholarly role of women in the Muslim community; And the extent of its impact on Islamic Jurisprudence and legal fatwa, as it aims to indicate the impact of the journey and the transition between the cities on spreading the hadith of the Prophet. The researcher used the case study method as one of the methods of the descriptive method, by studying the case of Umm ʿAṭiyyah - may Allah be pleased with her - and monitoring her narratives and her journey to Basra. The findings of the study came to confirm the uniqueness of Umm ʿAṭiyyah - may Allah be pleased with her - by narrating hadiths from the Prophet - may Allah bless him and grant him peace - that none of the Companions shared with her in her narration. Scholars have inferred her hadiths on issues of washing the dead, the two Eids, women’s purification, mourning, following funerals, and others. The fatwa was based on it by the jurists in all schools of thought, past and present. The research also revealed the impact of Umm ʿAṭiyyah ’s journey - may Allah be pleased with her - on spreading the hadith of the Prophet. Despite the importance of the hadiths narrated by Umm ʿAṭiyyah , they did not spread from her until after her trip to Basra, as all the narrators from her are from the people of Basra. The research emphasizes the role of the female scholar in Islam, the acceptance of the narration of an individual narrator, whether a man or a woman, and the impact of the journey on spreading the hadith of the Prophet. Recommendations urged that it is necessary to read the introduction of the Companions, and to teach them; in other to draw lessons from them, and to emphasize the importance of the journey in seeking knowledge, and to benefit from what the state - may Allah protect it - is doing in encouraging the scientific journey and scholarship, to receive useful sciences, and spread them, and to highlight the role of Islam in empowering the scholarly woman, and investing her knowledge and thought in scientific and civilizational progress.
