المستخلص: فقد استخرت الله تعالى وشرعت في تناول حياة الصحابية الجليلة خولة بنت حكيم السلمية- رضي الله عنها- من حيث: التعريف بها وبحياتها، وجهودها في خدمة السنة النبوية، وتحقيق شبهة خؤولتها لرسول الله- صلى الله عليه وسلم-وأنها وهبت نفسها له، وأنه تزوج خالته وتسليط الضوء على مروياتها، من حيث تخريجها، ودراسة أسانيدها، والحكم عليها، والوقوف على ما ثبت من مروياتها ومالم يثبت.. إلخ. ومما دعاني إلى اختيار (جهود الصحابية خولة بنت حكيم..) الموضوع بحثي، كون مروياتها وأخبارها منثورة بين الكتب، وكون شخصيتها- رضي الله عنها- لم يتم تناولها في دراسة علمية مستقلة في حد اطلاعي، فأحببت أن أبذل جهدي في إثراء المكتبة الإسلامية بدراسة علمية عن شخصيتها- رضي الله عنها، ثم ختمت بحثي بأهم النتائج والتوصيات، وثبت الفهارس العلمية، والله أرجو أن يكتب له القبول إنه بالإجابة جدير وعلى ما يشاء قدير.

The Efforts of the Companion ‘Khawla bint Hakim Al-Sulamiyah’ - may Allah be pleased with her - in Serving the Sunnah of the Prophet and Refuting Suspicions about it, (A Hadith Study). I prayed to Allah Almighty, asked Him to help me, and began to discusthe life of the companion ‘Khawla bint Hakim Al-Salamiyah’ - may Allah be pleased with her. In this study, I examined her life to shed some light on herself, her life, and her efforts in serving the Sunnah of the Prophet. Further, the study aimed at refuting the suspicions that she was the maternal aunt of Prophet Muhammad, may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him, and that she offered herself to the Prophet asking him to marry her and that he married her. Moreover, the study attempted highlighting her narrations of Prophet’s Hadiths; while shedding light on the Takhreej (i.e. investigating a Hadith through attaching it to a particular book or its narrator), the Isnad (i.e. the list of authorities who have transmitted the hadith), and Hadith grade. The study sought to identify the Hadiths which have been proven to be narrated by her and those which have not been proven to be so. The reason I chose ‘Khawla bint Hakim’ as the topic of my research is the fact that her narrations are scattered in many books and the fact that her personality has not been examined in independent scientific research before, to the best of my knowledge. Therefore, I wanted to play a part in enrich the Islamic library with this scientific research on her – may Allah be pleased with her. Finally, I concluded my research with the most important results I reached and made some recommendations, adding scientific indexes at the end. May Allah accept my efforts and grant us all success.
