المستخلص: Digitalization has become a must for any company wishing to develop its business internally or externally. Sonatrach, like other large companies, which carry out complex activities, must keep up with technological developments, hence the need to digitalise certain processes. The main objective of this study is to digitise a project reporting process within the project monitoring department of Sonatrach. We opted for a qualitative study through semi-structured interviews with the managers involved in the processes studied. Thus, we designed an application that manages the project reporting process within Sonatrach to facilitate the flow of information between the planning and reporting department and the other departments of the company.

La digitalisation est devenue un incontournable pour toute entreprise souhaitant évoluer ses affaires en interne ou en externe. Sonatrach, à l’instar des grandes entreprises, qui exercent des métiers complexes se doit d’être à la hauteur des évolutions technologiques, d’où la nécessité de la digitalisation de certains processus. L’objectif principal de cette étude est de digitaliser un processus de reporting de projet au sein de la direction de suivi des projets de Sonatrach. Nous avons opté pour une étude qualitative via des entretiens semi directifs auprès des responsables concernés par les processus étudiés. Ainsi, nous avons conçu une application qui gère le processus de reporting de projets au sein de Sonatrach afin de faciliter la circulation des flux d’informations entre le département de planification et reporting et les autres départements de l’entreprise.
