المستخلص: This study aims to reveal the prevalence of psychosocial risk factors in the hospital work environment and their repercussions on the health of the employee, based on the descriptive approach and the selection of a stratified random sample consisting of 223 employees of the public health institution in Rahwiya, Tiaret state, through the application of the Cobsock scale (copsoq) Translated by Fatima Al-Zahraa Roundabout 2019. After statistical processing of the data, the study found that There is a prevalence of psychosocial risk factors among the employees of the public institution of neighborhood health in Rahwiya, Tiaret, at a medium level.
