- في المبحث الأول الذي كان نسق التتابع عرفنا من خلاله كيف استطاع الروائي أن ينقل الحدث أو الخبر التاريخي في الرواية نقلا إخباريا حيا اعتمد على ذكر الأحداث المتعاقبة في حدوثها تعاقبا منتظما بحسب ترتيبها الزمني دون الرجوع إلى الخلف فكان النموذج لهذا المبحث هو جدال الراوي يوسف مع مها. - المبحث الثاني: هو نسق التضمين الذي يهتم بذكر قصص فرعية داخل إطار قصة واحدة.. فهذه القصص التي يضمنها الروائي في القصة الواحدة إنما ذكرها على سبيل الاستشهاد، واعتمد على توظيف آلية الاسترجاع، وكان النموذج الذي اخترناه لهذا المبحث هو الحديث عن الصور وما تتضمنه هذه الصور من قصص. - المبحث الثالث: وهو نسق التوازي الذي يسرد فيه الراوي حادثتين أو أكثر في زمن واحد ولكن في مكانين مختلفين أو تكون الحادثتين في مكان واحد ويكون أحدهما في الماضي والثاني في المستقبل. ومن النماذج التي اخترناه في هذا المبحث هو قصة يوسف مع دلال ونجاة. - المبحث الرابع النسق المكرر وفي هذا النسق تكون عملية سرد الحدث الواحد لأكثر من مرة وفقا لتعدد وجهات النظر في كل مرة. ومن هذه النماذج التي اخترناها لهذا المبحث هو حادثة إسقاط مها لطفلها، حين سرد في حوار بين يوسف وسعدون ثم سرد مرة أخرى على لسان مها لكنه بكل مرة سرد بوجهة نظر مختلفة عن الأخرى. - المبحث الخامس هو النسق الدائري، وهو أن تكون انطلاقة البداية من حيث منتهى الأحداث، وقد كان النسق الذي جمع فيه الكاتب جميع الأنساق. وتبين منه أن الأحداث جميعها حدثت خلال يوم واحد، أو خلال الأربع والعشرين ساعة من اليوم. إذ أن الكاتب سرد لنا أحداث في إطار زمني محصور في يوم وليلة، وهو أسلوب حقق فيه الكاتب كسر توقع المتلقي في النهاية. وقد استخدم الكاتب الزمن السردي مستفيدا من تفعيل عنصر الذاكرة لإكمال ملامح الشخصيات الرئيسية إثراء للمتن الحكائي وإعطاء قيمة عالية لرسالته.

The fourth topic is the repeated pattern, and in this format, the process of narrating the same event more than once, according to the multiplicity of points of view each time. Among the models that we chose for this research is the incident of Maha aborting her child, when it was narrated in a dialogue between Youssef and Saadoun, then it was narrated again by Maha, but each time it was narrated from a different point of view from the other. The fifth topic is the circular pattern, which was the pattern in which the writer collected all patterns. And it became clear from it that all the events occurred within one day, or within the twenty-four hours of the day. As the writer narrated events to us in a time frame confined to one day and one night, a method in which the writer achieved breaking the expectation of the recipient in the end. The writer used the narrative time, taking advantage of activating the memory element to complete the features of the main characters in order to enrich the narrative body and give a high value to his message.
